Abstract:
PURPOSE: A bio-degradable acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene composition is provided to maintain flexibility, chemical resistance and heat resistance of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin and to improve mechanical properties of interior materials of vehicles, especially, impact strength. CONSTITUTION: A bio-degradable acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene composition comprises: a polymer mixed resin consisting of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene composition resin and single or two kinds of bio-degradable copolymer resins selected from polylactic acid and polyhydroxy butyrate; and poIycaprolactone. The polymer mixed resin includes 50~90 weight% of the acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin and 10~50 weight% of a biodegradable polymer resin.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A recycle method and system for automotive exterior molding parts and radiator grills are provided to recycle polyethylene components of high quality from which chrome components are removed and to minimize the amount of used acid solution. CONSTITUTION: A recycle method for automotive exterior molding parts and radiator grills comprises steps of: filling a certain amount of dissolving solution in a dissolver tub(10), putting the entire or crushed automotive exterior molding parts and radiator grills in a mesh container(30), putting the container in the dissolver tub, operating a low frequency oscillator(20) installed inside the dissolver tub for 1 to 2 hours to dissolve and separate the chrome and paint plated on the automotive exterior molding parts and radiator grills, recovering polyethylene components from the automotive exterior molding parts and radiator grills, and collecting chrome from the dissolved solution through electrodeposition.

Provided is a resin composition using a waste nylon resin, which has excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength, realizes excellent molded articles, and is useful for the production of an end tank of a car radiator. The resin composition using a waste nylon resin comprises: 50-80 wt% of crushed waste nylon; 10-30 wt% of a nylon resin; 4-20 wt% of glass fiber; 5-20 wt% of inorganic fillers; and 1-5 wt% of at least one additive selected from the group consisting of a dispersant, an anti-oxidant, a flame retardant, a heat stabilizer and a ceramic UV stabilizer. The nylon resin is at least one resin selected from nylon 6, nylon 66 and other modified polyamide resins.
