Abstract: PURPOSE: An exhaust-gas purifying device of an internal combustion engine and a de-sulfurization method for the same are provided to shorten de-sulfurization hours and enhance fuel efficiency by de-sulfurizing nitrogen-oxide reducing catalyst if a de-sulfurization entry condition and a de-sulfurization condition are satisfied. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust-gas purifying device of an internal combustion engine comprises an exhaust pipe, a second injector, a fume filter, nitrogen-oxide reducing catalyst and a control unit. The exhaust pipe discharges exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine having a first injector. The first injector sprays fuel from a combustion chamber. The second injector is mounted on the exhaust pipe and further sprays fuel. The fume filter is mounted on the exhaust pipe of the rear end of the second injector. The fume filter filters particulate matters from the exhaust gas. The nitrogen-oxide reducing catalyst is mounted on the exhaust pipe of the rear end of the fume filter.

CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas purification device includes a catalyst filter(110) and a nitrogen oxide absorbing catalyst(140). The catalyst filter collects soot or PM included in the exhaust gas.
