    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid distribution apparatus capable of simultaneously distributing fluid such as liquid or powder to any ratio. SOLUTION: The fluid distribution apparatus is composed of a dispersing part 2 that sprinkles a supplied fluid from the center to the approximately circumferential direction radially and uniformly and a dispersing part 3 that is provided with an inner mouth of such size that the dispersing part can be inserted and the first recovering tube having a top flange extending slantly to the axis direction. The fluid is recovered by a first recovering tube 4 that encloses the surrounding of the dispersing part 3 along the approximately circumferential direction at any angle range and a second recovering tube 5 that recovers the fluid which is not recovered by the first recovering tube 4. The recovering tube 4 of which the top flange is constituted slantly moves up and down, so that the angle range enclosing the surrounding of the dispersing part 3 can be altered and the amount of the fluid recovered by both of the recovering tubes 4, 5 can be varied to any extent.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a phosphoric acid ester, which efficiently removes odorous component, produces the phosphoric acid ester with excellent compounding stability in a good yield, and hardly corrodes the device used for the production. SOLUTION: The production method includes: (1) a phosphorylation process to obtain the phosphoric acid ester by reacting an organic hydroxy compound with a phosphorylating agent, (2) a hydrolysis process to hydrolyze a pyrophosphoric acid compound in the phosphoric acid ester obtained in the process (1), (3) a dewatering process to obtain the dewatered phosphoric acid ester by dewatering the hydrolysate of the phosphoric acid ester obtained in the process (2) to at most 3 wt.% in water content, and (4) a deodorization process to obtain the deodorized phosphoric acid ester by removing an odorous component from the dewatered phosphoric acid ester obtained in the process (3).

SOLUTION: This method for producing a (meth)acrylic acid-based polymer provided with a process 1 for subjecting (meth)acrylic acid and a polyalkyleneglycol monoalkyl ether to an esterification reaction in a molar ratio of 5:1 to 50:1 in the presence of an acid catalyst and a polymerization inhibitor, deactivating the acid catalyst with an alkali agent, and subsequently distilling away the unreacted (meth)acrylic acid to obtain the esterification reaction product containing the (meth)acrylate ester and the unreacted (meth) acrylic acid residue, and with a process 2 for adjusting the esterification product obtained in the process 1 to a pH of 1.5-3.5 and subsequently copolymerizing the (meth)acrylate ester with the unreacted (meth)acrylic acid residue.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowmeter capable of being installed inside a conduit line, which can measure the flow rate of fluid that does not fill the conduit line. SOLUTION: The flow meter which measures the flow rate of the fluid flowing inside conduct lines 5, 6, is provided with a measurement casing 2 which is built in the inside of the system of the conduct lines 5, 6, a displacement means 3 with a body to be detected 16 which is arranged inside the measurement casing 2 and changes its position under the dynamic pressure of the fluid, a biasing means 20 which forces the displacement means toward the initial position, and a noncontacting-type displacement sensor 17 which is mounted on outside surface of the measuring casing 2. The displacement means 3 receives the dynamic pressure corresponding to the flow rate of the fluid and changes its position based on the displacement value corresponding to the dynamic pressure of the fluid against the force of the biasing means 20, and the displacement sensor 17 detects the displacement value of the body to be detected 16 and measures the flow rate.
