Abstract:
The invention relates to a lock for a flap or a door, with a lock housing, a locking mechanism consisting of a rotary latch (4) and at least one pawl (6), and at least one spring (23) which is capable of pivoting a pivotable component of the lock from a starting position in the direction of an end position by means of spring force, characterized in that the spring (23) is held by a bearing stud (22) which is connected integrally to the lock housing (25) of the lock, and wherein the bearing stud has a stop (24) for the spring, and/or wherein the bearing stud (22) is connected integrally to the stop (24), wherein the stop (24) has the effect that the pivotable component is not spring-loaded in the end position thereof.
Abstract:
The invention relates to ta motor vehicle door lock, which is equipped with a ratchet mechanism, a tripping lever (1) for opening the ratchet mechanism and a ratchet lever (5) that is pivotable about an axis (3). The ratchet lever (5) renders the ratchet mechanism ineffective, at least with regard to the magnitude and direction of occurring retarding forces, for example in an accident (‟in the event of a crash") ineffective. According to the invention the ratchet lever (5) is connected to an actuating lever (2) applying force to a tripping lever (1) in such an articulated manner that both levers (2, 5) together in the normal operation describe a predetermined normal actuation track (R1) without mechanical blocking and in the crash operation describe a crash actuation track (R2) deviating from the normal actuation track (R1) while simultaneously a mechanical blocking occurs.
Abstract:
In order to minimize the sliding friction occurring between the locking parts (30, 31), that is, between the pawl (5) and the rotary latch (2) of a motor vehicle lock (1), it is advantageous if, during the machining process, the different latch surfaces (12, 13) of both locking parts (30, 31) are provided with a punched contour (14) and with a contour (11) having a oblique machining groove (34, 35). Machining grooves (34, 35) are formed, in particular on the latch surface (13) thereof, after stamping the pawl (5). Defined shapes of oblique channels (18, 19) and/or machining grooves (34, 35) are produced, for example, by milling out the machining grooves (34, 35). The oblique machining grooves (34, 35) are produced at a defined angle and guarantee that the straight channels (17) on the rotary latch (2) only have a few overlapping points with the oblique grooves (34, 35), if both locking parts (30, 31) come into contact with each other.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a motor vehicle door lock comprising an actuation/locking lever mechanism (1, 2), with a first lever (1) and a second lever (2), both levers (1, 2) being couplable with each other in at least two different relative positions. At least the one, first lever (1) comprises a detent spring (5) connected thereto for engagement with at least one detent recess (6) on the other, second lever (2).
Abstract:
The aim of the invention is to design a door lock or flap lock which can be easily and reliably opened with little effort. Said aim is achieved by a door lock or flap lock comprising a locking mechanism that consists of a rotary latch and at least one pawl for locking the rotary latch, the design of the rotary latch and the pawl being such that the rotary latch can initiate a torque in the pawl, in particular an opening moment. The torque is dependent on the detent position of the pawl.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a motor vehicle door lock, having a lever chain (2 to 6) which can be acted upon by a motor, and having an electric motor (10) featuring an associated control unit (11), wherein the electric motor (10) moves the lever chain (2 to 6) into a predetermined position or, starting from the predetermined position, acts thereon, and wherein the control unit (11) uses data of the electric motor (10) for acting thereon. According to the invention the control unit (11) evaluates gradients of performance data of the electric motor (10) for adjusting the position of the lever chain (2 to 6).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a motor vehicle door lock equipped with a locking mechanism (1, 2, 3), an actuation lever unit that acts on the locking mechanism (1, 2, 3) and includes a release lever (4), and a catch lever (10). The catch lever (10) blocks the locking mechanism (1, 2, 3) at least when acceleration forces of a given magnitude occur, e.g. in case of an accident (crash). According to the invention, the catch lever (10) blocks the locking mechanism (1, 2, 3) in the event of a crash while releasing the locking mechanism (1, 2, 3) only for normal opening operation.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a lock for a door or flap, with a locking mechanism consisting of a rotary latch (4) and a pawl (6), and at least one spring (23) which is capable of pivoting a pivotable component of the lock from a starting position in the direction of an end position by means of spring force. In the end position, the pivotable component is not subjected to a spring force of the spring (23). In particular, operating noises can thus be kept low.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a lock unit (1) having at least one rotary latch (2) with a main detent element (3) and a preliminary detent element (4), in addition to a first pawl (5) and a second pawl (6), the first pawl (5) co-operating with the rotary latch (2) by means of the main detent element (3) and the second pawl (6) co-operating with the rotary latch (3) by means of the preliminary detent element (4). The unit is equipped with position detection means (7) for both pawls.
