Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily position a small end part and a large end part of a connecting rod, and facilitate assembling by providing a dovetail groove and a dovetail part in the large end part and the small end part, and forming a locking surface being an assembling positioner to engage with only adjacent two sides of the dovetail part, in a part of an end surface of the dovetail groove. SOLUTION: A dovetail part 54 is arranged in an end part of a small end part 50 of a connecting rod, and a dovetail groove 55 is arranged in a large end part 52. A step difference 63 is formed over two sides or only on one side of the dovetail groove on an end surface of the dovetail groove 55, and a locking surface 64 being an assembling positioner as a result, is composed of this step difference 63. When fitting the dovetail part 54 and the dovetail groove 55, first of all, the rotational direction ζ is regulated by contacting the step difference 63 of the large end part 52 and an end surface 65 of the dovetail part 54 in a plane with each other. Next, the slidingly moving direction S of the small end part, the swinging direction B and the rotational direction α and θ of the large end part 52 are demarcated on the locking surface 64 by regulating adjacent two sides of the dovetail part 54, and both are set by moving the large end part 52 in the shaft direction up to a prescribed position. Next, a clamp member is pressed in, and assembling is completed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent compression of coolant in a compression element when a compressor is started so as to reduce starring torque by providing a piston, a cylinder, a discharge valve, an intake valve, and a controller always opening the intake valve in a starting time. SOLUTION: If a compressor start detecting means detects a start of a compressor when a compressor used for a home refrigerator and the like, an electromagnet 21 is excited for a set time set in a timer. By means of excitation to the electromagnet 21, its tip part 21a serves as an N-pole, while a magnet 20 whose electromagnet 21 side is polarized to an N-pole is repulsed, and an intake lead 14, to which the magnet 20 is fixed, in an intake valve 11 receives an anti-electromagnet directional force so as to be forcibly opened, and as a result, the intake valve 11 is set in a normally-open condition. In this condition, coolant, which is sucked into a cylinder 2 through an intake hole 12 from an intake chamber 19 when a piston 3 is moved backward, is returned to the intake chamber 19 via the intake hole 12 even if the piston 3 is moved forward, so that the coolant is hardly compressed and starring torque of the compressor is reduced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curb effervescence of liquid refrigerant at the outlet header of an evaporator and make a sudden liquid back less possible to occur by a method wherein for a preliminarily set time at the start a minimum value is set for the number of revolutions of the compressor and subsequently the operation is controlled at an optimal number of revolutions for the control of the storage temperature. SOLUTION: A freeze chamber temperature differential-calculating means 24 calculates the temperature differential between the freeze chamber temperature detected by a freeze chamber temperature detective means 21 and the set temperature for the freeze chamber 8 detected by a freeze chamber temperature-setting means 23 and from the temperature differential a revolution speed-calculating means 25 decides the revolution speed of the compressor 17 and an inverter circuit 26 operates the compressor 17 at the decided number of revolutions. The compressor is operated at the minimum revolution speed according to a minimum revolution speed command- transmitting means 43, at a preset time a timer 42 stops transmitting a revolution speed command, and the number of revolutions of the compressor 17, decided by a revolution speed-calculating means 25, is transmitted. This method makes a sudden liquid back less possible to occur.

SOLUTION: The temperature of a refrigerating chamber is detected by a refrigerating chamber temperature detecting means 21, a set temperature is detected by a refrigerating chamber temperature setting means and the number of revolutions of a compressor 17 is decided by a number of revolutions computing means 25 according to a temperature difference between a refrigerating chamber temperature and a set temperature. The temperature oft a cooler 13 is detected by a cooler temperature detecting means 42, and when a cooler temperature is reduced to a value lower than a specified value, the number of revolutions is corrected by a number of revolutions correcting means 41, and the number of revolutions of a compressor is controlled by an inverter circuit 26.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent failure in cooling from occurring by lowered rotation for the protection of a compressor against a rise in high pressure and the stoppage of a compressor for protection in a refrigerator carrying an inverter. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is provided with a discharge pressure detecting means 11 to detect a dicharge pressure of a compressor 8, a discharge pressure judging means 13 to judge whether a discharge pressure exceeds a set value or not and a number of revolutions correcting means 14 which operates a correction timer 15 when the discharge pressure exceeds the set value, lowers the number of revolutions to a value determined by a difference between an internal storage temperature and a set temperature during the operation of the correction timer 15 and turns the number of revolutions to a value determined by a difference between the internal storage temperature and the set temperature after the expiration of the correction timer 15. Thus, a control is performed to lower the number of revolutions for a fixed period of time, when the discharge pressure exceeds the set value.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To conduct continuation of cooling operation of a refrigerator by a method wherein a correction timer is put into operation when a set value is exceeded to lower the number of revolutions determined by a temperature control means and after the end of the operation of the correction timer, the number of revolutions is returned to a value determined by a difference between an internal storage temperature and the set value to prevent the stoppage of a compressor. CONSTITUTION: During the operation of a refrigerator, when a timer 16 adapted to operate with the lowering of the number of revolutions by a number of revolutions correcting means 14 is not operated, it is judged by a delivery temperature-judging means 13 whether the detected temperature of a delivery temperature-detecting means 11 exceeds a set value or not. When yes, a correction timer 15 is operated. During the operation of the correction timer 15, a drive means 7 is controlled by a temperature control means 6 to lower the number of revolutions by a number of revolutions correcting means 14 based on the number of revolutions determined by an internal storage temperature and a temperature difference as detected by set temperature detecting means 2 and 3. After the operation of the correction timer 15, the correction timer 15 and a timer A 16 are stopped and the number of revolutions is returned to a normal value to rotate a compressor 8.

Further, there is provided an auxiliary heater in the vicinity of the defrosting heater 14 and the defrosting heater temperature detection means 23.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the drop of articles on a tray while the tray is carried and to facilitate the ejection of articles from the tray by providing a wall on the peripheral part of a baseplate and making an inclined face in the part of the baseplate. CONSTITUTION:A wall 102 which is low in height is provided on the all the peripheral parts of a square baseplate 101. In the half of the baseplate 101, an opening is provided, and a conver state baseplate 103 which fits the opening is coupled with the baseplate 101 in a hinge part 104. In a delivery tray 100, the cover state baseplate 103 which occupies about the half of all the area of the baseplate is capable of bending toward the upper direction from the center of the baseplate and an inclined face can be formed toward the wall 102 from the center of the baseplate 101. In this constitution, articles do not drop below the tray 100 because the wall 102 is provided on the peripheral part of the baseplate 101. When articles are ejected from the tray 100, the ejection of the articles is smooth because the articles go up along the inclination made of the part of the baseplate 101, they get over the wall 102 and they are ejected to the outside of the tray 100.

By a rotation of the screw 15, each abutting piece 13 can support surely the cup against a deformation and a variance of the cup 1 by energizing force of the spring 11.
