    Abstract: PURPOSE:To control a PMV value within a room without being restricted by an installing location of a sensing means by a method wherein the PMV value in a dwelling region is deduced with inputting conditions of a corrected outdoor temperature, a room temperature, a varying amount of the room temperature and a mean radiation temperature, and then a heating or cooling means is controlled in such a manner that the PMV value of dwelling region may become neutral value. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a heating or cooling means 27 for cooling or heating an indoor area, a mean radiation temperature sensing means 19, an indoor temperature sensing means 18, an outdoor temperature sensing means 23, and an outdoor temperature correcting means 24 for divisionally correcting the detected temperature sensed by the outdoor temperature sensing means 23 for its cooling time and its heating time, respectively. The PMV value in a dwelling region is studied in advance by a neuro PMV value calculating means 25, the PMV value in the dwelling region is deducted with the corrected outdoor temperature, the room temperature, a varying amount of the room temperature per unit time and a mean radiation temperature being applied as inputting condition, and then the heating or cooling means 27 is controlled by a heating or cooling PMV value control means 26 in such a manner that the PMV value in the dwelling region may become a neutral value.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve amenity of indoor environment by a method wherein a PMV value and a control target value are inputted and a cooling heating means is controlled so that the PMV value is stabilized by means of the control target value. CONSTITUTION:An air conditioner is provided with a cooling heating means 9 to cool or heat an indoor place, a PMV computing means 1 to orderly determine the PMV values of a living area through computation, a PMV value displaying means 8 to display the standard of the PMV value, a control target value assigning means 11 to assign a control target value to a value within the amenity range of a PMV, and a cooling heating control means 10 to input the PMV value and the control target value and control the cooling heating means 9 so that the PMV value is stabilized by means of the control target value. By orderly displaying the PMV values, a user can compares the PMV value with his own feeling and promptly and reliably decides whether operation matching his own feeling is effected or whether the user feels comfortable, and a comfortable feeling can be visually and actually felt through the PMV value displaying means.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an air conditioner in which a PMV value is neutrally controlled in all residence area even when the PMV value is distributed in an air conditioning space in the conditioner in which an environment in a room is so automatically controlled as to become comfortable with the PMV value. Thus, even if the PMV value is distributed in the residence area, the PMV value can be rapidly arrived at a comfortable range to be stabilized in all the residence area.

The slave station 2 writes the main station change- over priority order which is received and extracted by a main station state announcement analyzing means 5 in the means 6. When it judges that one's own main station change-over priority order is the highest, the slave station individually transmits the main station register request to the whole other slave stations, recognizes a reply by a main station change-over register recognizing means 7 and, then, changes-over the self station into the main one by a main station starting means 8.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a supervisory control system for air conditioning, in which a user can deliver an appropriate control command without causing confusions by displaying the record of commands to an objective air conditioner before the user delivers a control command. SOLUTION: When an operation for selecting an air conditioner 4 is carried out at a distributed control terminal 3, the record of commands to an objective air conditioner is read out from the memory section 20 of a central building air-conditioning supervisory controller 1 and displayed. A user makes a decision as to whether the command is appropriate, based on the display. When the indoor temperature is altered, for example, a decision is made whether an operation for raising the set temperature is carried out immediately before. If it is carried out, the control command is preserved, otherwise the control command is delivered. The supervisory controller 1 decides whether the control command is delivered, and if it is delivered the record of command is added and an up-to-data record of command is displayed on the distributed control terminal 3. Since a decision is made as to whether the control command being delivered by a user is appropriate, errors in control command can be avoided.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and effectively output a hot water drink of a stable flow rate and stable temperature by eliminating a disadvantage that, in the case of outputting hot water of a heater, when a long time is elapsed after heating to a preheating temp., a temperature distribution of water in a heating container is generated by a water convection to bring about the state that upper water is hot but lower water is tepid, and the distribution itself does not change only by raising water temperature of the entirety even by reheating as it is. SOLUTION: It the case of outputting a command for selling, warm water in a heating container 3 is heated while circulating the water by a pump 5 until the water becomes a set temperature (sellable temperature). When the water uniformly becomes the set temperature (sellable temperature), a water supply valve 2 is opened to supply water to the container 3 and a necessary amount for a storage container 4 is simultaneously lifted. A hot water valve 6 is opened to supply the hot water. Thus, the hot water in the container 3 is lifted to the container 4, and output by the valve 6, thereby supplying a drink for preventing changes in temperature of primary and secondary hot waters and output hot water amount.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the dregs of drink components and the incrustations as well as the scale at a low cost by using the carbonated water to cleanse the stains such as the scale, the incrustations, the drink dregs, etc. SOLUTION: A sirup tank 12 receives the gas pressure from a carbon dioxide cylinder 10 and discharges an undiluted sirup solution to a sirup cooling heat exchanger 15. The exchanger 15 is soaked into cooling water tank 7 to cool the undiluted sirup solution. The cooled undiluted sirup solution is poured into a cup 44 via a cooled sirup pipeline 16 and a sirup valve 17. A carbonator 18 mixes the carbon dioxide with water to generate the carbonated water, and the cooling water and the carbon dioxide are poured through a cooling water pipeline rate and a carbon dioxide pipeline b20 respectively. The generated carbonated water is poured into the cup 44 by the carbon dioxide pressure and via a carbonated water pipeline a21 and a carbonated water valve 22. Thus, it is possible to eliminate the scale, the drink component dregs and the incrustations at a comparatively low cost.
