    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may monitor a unicast channel for a first downlink transmission from a base station using a first semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration. The UE may receive downlink control information (DCI) from the base station indicating a second SPS configuration associated with a different coverage level than the first SPS configuration. In some cases, the DCI may be DCI that is common to a set of UEs. Here, the DCI may indicate the second SPS configuration and the UE may identify a set of parameters associated with the second SPS configuration based on a radio resource control (RRC) message received prior to the DCI. Based on receiving the indication of the second SPS configuration, the UE may monitor the unicast channel for a second downlink transmission from the base station using the second SPS configuration.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for wireless communication. In one aspect, a method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a base station, a remaining minimum system information (RMSI) physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) that includes downlink control information (DCI). The DCI indicates a configuration of resources associated with RMSI repetition or RMSI slot aggregation. The method further includes monitoring for one or more RMSI messages based on the configuration of resources. The monitoring includes monitoring for multiple repetitions of an RMSI message based on the configuration of resources being associated with RMSI repetition and monitoring for a single RMSI message that is divided across multiple slots based on the configuration of resources being associated with RMSI slot aggregation. Other aspects are also claimed and described.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the subject matter described in this disclosure can be implemented in a method for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE). The method generally includes receiving, from a network entity, a configuration for a first bandwidth part (BWP) configured with frequency hopping, determining a frequency location of the first BWP during each of a plurality of frequency hops for the frequency hopping based on a reference frequency location, and communicating with the network entity via the first BWP and in accordance with the configuration.
