Abstract: The present invention relates to a preparation of mineral-rich bamboo salt by treating sulfate such as magnesium sulfate or sodium sulfate. The method according to the present invention comprises: a step of obtaining baked salt by treating mineral-rich mud flat bay salt, which is put into a red clay container or a ceramic container, with heat at a temperature of 750-850°C for 20-40 minutes; and a step of completing mineral-rich bamboo salt by placing a separate red clay container or a ceramic container, filled with sulfate such as magnesium sulfate, around the red clay container or the ceramic container, filled with a mixture of 60-95 weight% of the obtained salt and 5-40 weight% of bamboo chips, and reheating at a temperature of 750-1200°C for 20-40 minutes. The high-functional mineral-rich bamboo salt prepared by the method has rich minerals and contains a large amount of hydrogen sulfide producing material as a functional material.
