Abstract: PURPOSE: A wireless power transceiving device with a resonant frequency stabilizing circuit is provided to drastically reduce the transmission loss of wireless power, thereby maximizing wireless power transmission efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A power generating unit(11) generates an oscillation frequency for power transmission. A power transmission resonator(13) has a resonant frequency matched with the oscillation frequency. A resonant frequency controller(15) includes a monitoring resonator(16), an LC tuner(17), a matching circuit(18), and an LC tuner controller(19). A monitoring resonator senses a change of a resonant frequency. The LC tuner controller sets an LC value with the maximum power value.

Abstract: An end effector unit and position controlling apparatus for having the same are provided to enhance the transfer efficiency of the wafers and to transfer wafers at the same time. The end effector unit comprises an end effector(110), a LM guide(120), and a screw bar(130) and a step motor(140). The end effector has a substrate member(111) and a movement bracket(112).
