The present invention relates to an Arabis mosaic virus (ArMV) oligonucleotide probe set which includes one or more oligonucleotides selected from a group including oligonucleotides represented by sequence numbers of 1481 to 1485, 1659 to 1664, 1720 to 1721, and 1801 to 1808, and complementary oligonucleotide thereof, to a DNA chip for diagnosing or detecting the ArMV which includes the oligonucleotide probe set, to a method for diagnosing or detecting the ArMV which comprises the steps of: isolating RNA from samples which are assumed to be infected by the ArMV; synthesizing cDNA using the isolated RNA as a template; hybridizing the cDNA with the probe set by touching the synthesized cDNA with the oligonucleotide probe set; and detecting the degree of hybridization between the probe and cDNA, and to a kit for detecting the ArMV which includes the oligonucleotide probe set and a hybridization solution. CONSTITUTION: A specific primer for soybean virus multiplex diagnosis comprises A pair of primers represented by the sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1) and the sequence number 2, a pair of primers represented by the sequence number 3, 4, 5, and 6, a pair of primers represented by the sequence number 7 and 8, and a pair of primers represented by the sequence number 9 and 10. The specific primer for soybean virus multiplex diagnosis additionally includes a pair of primers represented by 11 and 12. The specific primer can concurrently diagnose AMV, SYMMV and USV3.

CONSTITUTION: An SYMMV-derived recombinant VIGS(virus-induced gene silencing) vector contains a promoter, full length SYMMV(soybean macula mosaic virus) nucleic acid sequences, a restriction enzyme recognition site for inserting foreign genes into a coat protein encoding gene among the full length SYMMV sequences. The promoter includes T7, SP6, or a 35S promoter.
