Abstract: PURPOSE: A radiation-releasable adhesive composition is provided to have enough decompressed adhesion and initial adhesion, and to be easily delaminated because adhesion is rapidly decreased when irradiating with radiation. CONSTITUTION: A radiation-releasable adhesive composition comprises: an adhesive resin polymerized of one or more acrylic monomers in chemical formula 1, and an acrylic monomer containing a hydroxy group, a diisocyanate compound; and an acrylic monomer containing hydroxy group. In the chemical formula 1, R1 is hydrogen or methyl, and R2 is C4-12 alkyl. The adhesive resin comprises 70-95 weight% of one or more acrylic monomers in chemical formula 1, and 5-30 weight% of the acrylic monomer containing the hydroxy group.

Abstract: 본 발명은 플라이애쉬와 고로슬래그를 이용한 무시멘트 콘크리트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적하는 바는 제조 시 이산화탄소를 다량으로 배출하는 시멘트 대신에 결합재로서 적정비율의 플라이애쉬와 고로슬래그를 동시에 적용하고, 또한 활성화제로서 적정비율의 NaOH와 쇼듐실리케이트를 적용하여, 작업성이 우수하고 상온양생 가능한 압축강도 80MPa급의 무시멘트 콘크리트의 제조방법을 제공하고자 하는데 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 배합원료로서 결합재, 활성화제, 잔골재, 굵은골재, 물 및 고성능감수제를 포함하고, 이들 배합원료를 배합하고, 교반하는 과정과 양생하는 과정을 거쳐 콘크리트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 결합재는 분말도 2,000~4,000cm
2 /g의 플라이애쉬와 3,000~5,000cm
2 /g의 고로슬래그가 중량비로 1:1의 비율로 구성되는 것이며, 상기 활성화제는 6~12Mole NaOH와 쇼듐실리케이트가 중량비로 0.75:1.25~1.25:0.75의 비율로 구성되는 것임을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: A cyclic phosphazene crosslinked by piperazine is provided to contain no halogen, show high heat-resistance due to a crosslinked structure by the piperazine, and have high flame-retardant effect by forming a thick char film on the surface of a resin. A flame-retardant resin composition comprising the same is provided to show excellent compatibility with other resinous ingredients, process easiness, mechanical properties and thermostability. A cyclic phosphazene crosslinked by piperazine is obtained by crosslinking a cyclic phosphazene compound represented by a formula(1) with piperazine and is characterized in that 1-90% of the piperazine regarding the total number of OR group(s) of the cyclic phosphazene compound is crosslinked. In the formula(1), R is an aromatic group selected from the group consisting of phenyl, naphthyl and benzyl substituted or unsubstituted by one to three C1-4 alkyl(s); and m is an integer from 3 to 25. A flame-retardant resin composition comprises a resin ingredient consisting of a thermosetting resin, a thermoplastic resin, or a mixture thereof, and a retardant, wherein 1-80 parts by weight of the cyclic phosphazene crosslinked by the piperazine as the retardant is contained regarding 100 parts by weight of the resin ingredient.

Abstract: A dicing die bonding film is provided to easily perform the die bonding of a semiconductor wafer by maintaining superior peeling force at a boundary between an adhesive layer and a wafer bonding layer. A dicing die bonding film is formed by sequentially stacking a supporting layer(10), a point/adhesive layer(20) having an adhesive layer(21) and a reinforcement layer(22), a wafer bonding layer(30), and a wafer bonding protection layer.
