    Abstract: PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive composition is provided to be rapidly cured at low temperature and to have low loss of adhesion, thereby having excellent connection reliability, workability, and room temperature storage. A manufacturing method of the anisotropic conductive film comprises: a step of forming a conductive adhesive layer by spreading a composition for forming the conductive adhesive layer on a base film; and a step of spraying solution comprising the silane coupling agent on the conductive adhesive layer, and drying the sprayed solution.
