결정화유리기지에세라믹분말충전재를첨가하여밀봉성을향상시킨고체산화물셀용밀봉재및 이를포함하는고체산화물셀을제공한다. 고체산화물셀용밀봉재는 70부피% 내지 90부피%의결정화유리상기지, 및 10부피% 내지 30부피%의산화물충전재를포함한다. 결정화유리상기지는 20mol% 내지 40mol%의 SrO과 5mol% 내지 20mol%의 CaO, 5mol% 내지 15mol%의 BO, 1mol% 내지 5mol%의 ZrO및나머지 SiO를포함한다.

본 발명은 고온 전기화학소자 복합분말 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 Ni-CeZrO 2 복합분말을 고온 전기화학소자의 연료극으로 사용할 경우 높은 전환 효율 및 탄소침작을 억제하여 장기간 사용으로 발생되는 성능저하의 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a dielectric thick film by using a polymeric material is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost of a stacked ceramic condenser by producing a thick film of dielectric ceramic powders and polymeric materials without employing the sintering process. CONSTITUTION: A polymeric material is melted. A dielectric ceramic powder is added to the melted polymeric material and agitated to be mixed, uniformly. The mixture is formed on a substrate as a thick film by using the spin coating process. The substrate is a copper substrate. The polymeric material is made of a polypropylene having a melting point of about 157°C, the density of about 0.90g/cm¬3, and a molecular weight of about 12,000. A melting temperature of the polypropylene is 180-220°C. The dielectric ceramic powder is ultrafine BaTiO3 powder. An additive amount of the dielectric ceramic powder is 10-90 wt.%.

PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of ultrafine barium titanate(Cu-coated BaTiO3) dielectric ceramic materials for low temperature sintering by coating BaTiO3 with Cu-organic compound solution. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of Cu-coated BaTiO3 powder is as follows: preparing a slurry by wet ball-milling ultrafine BaTiO3(>=99.9% purity) obtained by hydrothermal method, 2-5wt.%(based on the amount of BaTiO3) of Cu-organic compound, Cu-2 ethylhexanoate, and anhydrous solvent, 1-butanol; drying at 100deg.C for 12hrs.; thermal treating at 500deg.C for 2hrs. The sizes of prepared and sintered BaTiO3 powder, being obtained by firing at 800-1100deg.C for 0.5hr., are 120-130nm and 0.31-0.47micrometer, respectively. Also, the change of permittivity of sintered BaTiO3 is -14 - 52% in a range of -55 - 125deg.C.

The soldering glass compsn. for magnetic head comprises 47-57 wt.% of PbO, 24-32 wt.% of SiO2, 5-9 wt.% of B2O3, 4-8 wt.% of ZnO, 0-6 wt.% of Na2O, 0-6 wt.% of K2O, and 0-4 wt.% of Al2O3. The obtd. soldering glass compsn. is useful in mechanically melt-sticking at high temp. of two parts of ferrite single crystalline in the producing process of VTR magnetic head. The process is useful for preventing the crack of glass and the reduction of output power, and giving improved chemical resistance and wear resistance to provide the excellent magnetic head.
