Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a citrus peel originated polysaccharide fraction is provided to improve an immune function of strengthening the activity of a complement system to the citrus peel originated polysaccharide fraction. CONSTITUTION: Citrus peel is bleached. The bleached citrus peel is extracted with alcohol with 1-4 carbons. A polysaccharide is precipitated by adding the alcohol with 1-4 carbons to the extract. The precipitated polysaccharide is collected and is treated with a pectin hydrolysis enzyme. A polysaccharide fraction is manufactured by collecting the fractions in the molecular weight of 100-200kDa in the polysaccharide fraction treated with the enzyme. The citrus peel originated polysaccharide fraction has the carbohydrate content consisting of 2-6mole% of rhamnose, 20-25mole% of arabinose, 1-5mole% of mannose, 1-5mole% of xylose, 15-20mole% of glucose, 10-17mole% of galactose, and 40-50mole% of galacturonic acid.

PURPOSE: Rhodiola rosea fermentation product which contains high aglycon content of salidroside is provided to have excellent active related to anti-fatigue or improvement of exercise capacity and be favorable to absorb high aglycon content of salidroside. CONSTITUTION: Mixing extract of Rhodiola rosea and red ginseng is manufactured by mixing Rhodiola rosea extract with extract of red ginseng, or mixing Rhodiola rosea with red ginseng. Mixture of Rhodiola rosea and red ginseng is fermented by inoculating with lactobacillus. Mixing ratio of Rhodiola rosea and red ginseng or mixing ratio of Rhodiola rosea extract and red ginseng extract are 60 : 40 through 10 : 90. Solid content of Rhodiola rosea is 0.1 to 0.8 weight% at mixing extract of Rhodiola rosea and red ginseng. Lactobacillus is more than one selected among lactobacillus acidophilus [KCTC 2182], bifidobacterium longum[ATCC 15707], Bipidobacterium brevis[ATCC 15700], and Pediococcus pentosaceus [KCCM 11088P]. PURPOSE: A washing and drying machine of ginseng is provided to have less restriction for the installation space by having a small size, to reduce the water consumption in washing, and to have an excellent washing efficiency by adapting a nozzle injection type. CONSTITUTION: A washing and drying machine of ginseng comprises: a main body(10) which has a drain tank(13) with a drain hole(14) on the bottom of the containing space to discharge collected washing water to outside; a rotary tank(20) which is a drum rotating in a fixed speed and washing and drying the injected ginseng, and comprises multiple through-holes, an inlet port(22), and hinge shafts(23, 24) formed on both sides; and a washing and drying driver(40) which is installed by penetrating the hinge shafts within the rotary tank, and comprises an injection pipe in a pipe shape with one closed end, multiple nozzles formed in the lower part of the injection pipe, an infrared lamp installed on one side of the injection pipe, and an UV lamp installed on the other end of the injection pipe. The main body further includes a transparent door which vertically opens and closes. A hinge shaft on one side of the rotary tank further includes pulleys(27, 31), and is connected to a pulley of a driving motor through a belt. In the other opening of the injection pipe, a hose is further connected through an electromagnetic pump.

PURPOSE: A sandwich immunoassay biochip and an immunoassay using the same are provided to accurately and quickly detect pathogens. CONSTITUTION: A sandwich immunoassay biochip contains: a first protein which binds to Fc domain conjugated to a functional group of a surface-modified solid-support; a capture antibody conjugated to the first protein; a second protein which binds to Fc site of an antibody conjugated to a functional group of surface-modified polystyrene beads; and a detection antibody conjugated to the second protein. The functional groups of the solid-support and polystyrene beads are an amine group and a carboxyl group, respectively. The solid-support is a glass, polysterene, or metal. A sandwich immunoassay using the biochip comprises: a step of contacting a sample containing an antigen to the biochip; a step of specifically binding the antibody to the capture antibody; a step of binding the detection antibody to an epitope which is not conjugated with the capture antibody; and a step of detecting specific antigen-antibody binding.

PURPOSE: A ginger tea composition and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent marketability by controlling the browning phenomenon of the ginger tea composition. CONSTITUTION: A ginger tea composition contains 15~25wt% of ginger slices obtained by dipping the ginger slices into a vitamin C solution after pre-processing with slightly acidic electrolyzed water, and blenching. The sweetness of the ginger tea composition is controlled by adding starch syrup, oligosaccharide, and sugar. The ginger tea composition additionally contains carrageenan, CMC, ginger concentrate, and a ginger diluted solution.

PURPOSE: A producing method of apple juice for diet is provided to improve the taste of the juice, and to improve the effect of the juice by increasing the content of dietary fibers. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of apple juice comprises the following steps: grinding apples and juicing; adding the obtained juice extraction cake to the juice; enzymatic treating the juice with the enzymatic treatment juice extraction cake; and homogenizing the enzymatic-treated juice. The enzymatic treatment process uses a complex enzyme of cellulose pectinase.
