Abstract: A vehicle having an electronic parking brake according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a movement sensor for sensing movement of the vehicle; a sensor power supply unit for supplying power to the movement sensor in a state where the vehicle is turned off; a parking brake arranged to fix wheels of the vehicle; a driving unit for operating the parking brake; a controller for controlling the movement sensor, the sensor power supply unit, the parking brake and the driving unit; and a controller power supply unit for supplying power to the controller when it is determined that the vehicle is moving based on the operation of the movement sensor in the state where the vehicle is turned off. Therefore, the vehicle can be effectively prevented from movement in a state where a gearshift is in a neutral condition or in a driving condition and the vehicle is parked. Moreover, the movement sensor can effectively sense movement of the vehicle because power is supplied to the movement sensor in the state where the vehicle is turned off. Furthermore, the controller can control the electronic parking brake when the movement sensor senses movement of the vehicle and power is supplied to the controller in the state where the vehicle is turned off.
