    Abstract: A power transmission system of a hybrid vehicle is provided to realizing various decelerating rates by using two planetary gear sets, and to minimizing a drive torque error of a drive shaft by placing a differential gear close to a central direction of the vehicle. A power transmission system of a hybrid vehicle comprises a driving motor(20); a first axis(110) connected with an engine(10) to receive power; a first planetary gear set(120) provided with a first sun gear(121), a first ring gear(123), a first pinion gear(122) interlocked with the first sun and ring gears, and a first planetary carrier(124) supporting the first pinion gear, and mounted on the first axis to receive power; a second axis(210) offset from the first axis; a second planetary gear set(220) provided with a second sun gear(221), a second ring gear(223), a second pinion gear(222) interlocked with the second sun and ring gears, and a second planetary carrier(224) supporting the second pinion gear, and installed on the second axis; a third axis(310) offset from the first and second axis, and connected with a differential gear(700); and an auxiliary gear(321) mounted on the third axis. The first planetary gear set is connected with the second planetary gear set and the second planetary gear set is connected with the auxiliary gear. Power of the driving motor or the engine is transmitted to the third axis via the first planetary gear set, the second planetary gear set, and the auxiliary gear.

CONSTITUTION: In a combining structure of end parts(1a) of a leaf spring, plate ball bearings(20,20') are each arranged to gaps(G,G') formed among the inside of shackles(5), the end parts of the leaf spring, and both sides of spring bushes(7). One side of the plate ball bearing is combined to the inside of the shackle. A shackle pin(9) is combined while sequentially passing through the middle parts of the shackles, the plate ball bearings, and the spring bushes via side washers(15,15') arranged to the shackles. A nipple(31) for supply of lubricant oil is arranged to one side of the shackle. Lubricating passages(35) connected with the nipple are connected to one of the plate ball bearings through the shackle and are connected to the inside of the spring bush and the other one of the plate ball bearings through the shackle pin.

The clutch switches a second ring gear and a second carrier(23) of the second planetary gear set to an interconnection state and a cutting state to each other. The power take-off gear takes off power by connecting a first ring gear and the second carrier. The differential is connected to the power take-off gear.
