Abstract: PURPOSE: A control method of thermal management system for a fuel cell is provided to minimize the generation of danger of users due to abnormal operation, electrical shock of driving components and electric device by the leakage of electricity which is the problem due to the increase of electric conductivity, thereby preventing frequent shutdown of the system. CONSTITUTION: A control method of thermal management system for a fuel cell comprises a step of outputting stack and circulating coolant and after starting a fuel cell system; a step of inputting the temperature of coolant and electrical conductivity detected by a temperature detection part and an electric conductivity detection part; a step of detecting whether the temperature of coolant is higher than set valve-opening temperature; a step of opening a flow channel of a converter in case the temperature of coolant is higher than the valve-opening temperature; a step of detecting whether the electrical conductivity of coolant is higher than standard value; and a step of controlling open promotion when the electrical conductivity is higher than standard value.

Abstract: The present invention introduces an electric safety system for a fuel cell vehicle, which includes a hydrogen valve arranged on a hydrogen supplying line of a fuel cell stack; a driving motor part which is connected to the fuel cell stack by a first relay and receives electric power to drive the vehicle; a resistance part which is connected to the fuel cell stack by a second relay and lowers residual voltages of the fuel cell stack; and a controlling part. The controlling part closes the first relay and opens the second relay while the vehicle runs.
