    Abstract: PURPOSE: A head up display for vehicles and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to relatively reduce pressure applied to an OLED device in a bonding process by forming a pattern bonding film thicker than an OLED. CONSTITUTION: An OLED device(100) is inserted inside a wind shield in order to directly display an image. A pattern bonding film(110) having thickness thicker than the OLED is inserted between two bonding films(120). A hollow part(111) is formed in the center of the pattern bonding film in order to arrange the OLED. The OLED is laminated on a conductive film like a PET(Poly Ethylene Terephthalate) film. The bonding film and the pattern bonding film are made of EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) or PVB(Poly Vinyl Butal) of thickness thicker than the OLED. A bonding glass is adhered in an outer layer of the bonding film with a vacuum state.
