An energy regeneration device of a suspension system for a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a suspension link which connects a wheel carrier to a vehicle body and continuously repeats bumping and rebounding depending on the condition of a road surface; a bush unit which is installed between a vehicle body connection portion of the suspension link and the vehicle body and outputs two-way rotational power of the vehicle body connection portion, which is caused by an up-and-down hinge motion of the suspension link, through an output gear; a one-way power transmission mechanism which is connected with the output gear of the bush unit, receives the two-way rotational power transmitted from the output gear through an input gear, and outputs only one-way rotational power to a speed-up gear; a generator which is installed at one side of the vehicle body and generates electricity while being rotated by the transmitted one-way rotational power; a speed-up mechanism which is provided between the generator and the one-way power transmission mechanism, increases the one-way rotational power transmitted from the one-way power transmission mechanism, and transmits the increased power to a rotary shaft of the generator; a rectifier which is electrically connected with the generator and rectifies the electricity generated by the generator; and a battery which is electrically connected with the rectifier and accumulates electric energy.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a device for regenerating the energy of a suspension for a vehicle. The device for regenerating the energy of a suspension for a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a suspension link, a bush unit, a one-way power delivery unit, a generator, an accelerating unit, a rectifier, and a battery. The suspension link connects a wheel carrier to a vehicle and continuously rebounds with a bump according to the condition of a road. The bush unit is installed between a connection unit of the vehicle of the suspension link and the vehicle, and outputs bidirectional rotation power of the connection unit to an output gear according to the vertical hinge movement of the suspension link. The one-way power delivery unit is connected to the output gear of the bush unit, receives the bidirectional rotation power from the output gear through an input gear, and outputs only one-way rotation power to an acceleration gear. The generator is installed on one side of the vehicle, is rotated by the one-way rotation power, and generates electric energy. The accelerating unit is installed between the generator and the one-way power delivery unit, accelerates the one-way rotation power delivered from the one-way power delivery unit, and delivers the one-way rotation power to the rotation axis of the generator. The rectifier is electrically connected to the generator and rectifies electricity generated in the generator. The battery is electrically connected to the rectifier and accumulates the electric energy.
