Abstract: 1.- Un método de inhibición de la agregación plaquetaria inducida por ADP en un sujeto humano en necesidad del mismo, dicho método comprende la administración intravenosa de una composición farmacéutica al sujeto que comprende un compuesto de la fórmula:y por lo menos un excipiente farmacéuticamente aceptable o vehículo y en la cual se formula la composición para administración intravenosa. 2.- El método de reivindicación 1. Un método de inhibición de la agregación plaquetaria inducida por ADP en un sujeto humano en necesidad del mismo, dicho método comprende la administración intravenosa de una composición farmacéutica al sujeto que comprende un compuesto de la fórmula: , en donde la composición se formula como una dosis unitaria que contiene desde 1 hasta 50 mg del compuesto. 3.- El método de reivindicación 2, en donde la dosis unitaria contiene desde 5 hasta 40 mg del compuesto. 4.- El método de reivindicación 3, en donde la dosis unitaria contiene desde 10 hasta 30 mg del compuesto. 5.- El método de reivindicación 4, en donde la dosis unitaria contiene desde 15 hasta 25 mg del compuesto. 6.- El método de reivindicación 5, en donde la dosis unitaria contiene alrededor de 20 mg del compuesto.
