Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition including a primer pair specific to rice dwarf virus (RDV), a primer pair specific to rice black-streaked dwarf virus (RBSDV) and a primer pair specific to rice stripe virus (RSV) for diagnosing rice viral diseases; a primer pair for diagnosing a rice viral disease; a kit including the primer pair for diagnosing a rice viral disease; and a method for simultaneous diagnosis of RDV, RBSDV and RSV including a determination step by performing multiplex RT-PCR using RNA separated from rice or insect vectors as a template using the primer pair. Using the diagnosis method using the kit for simultaneous diagnosis of major three kinds of rice viral diseases of the present invention enables simultaneous diagnosis of a complex infection contagion plant such that time and efforts can be reduced, thereby allowing a rapid early diagnosis of rice viral diseases, and thus contributing to establishment of a general management system of rice viral diseases and maintenance of high quality seeds.

The present invention relates to a composition including a primer pair specific to bacterial grain rot, a primer pair specific to bacterial brown streak and a primer pair specific to bacterial leaf blight for diagnosing rice bacterial diseases; a primer pair for diagnosing rice bacterial diseases; a kit including the primer pair for diagnosing rice bacterial diseases; and a method for simultaneous diagnosis of bacterial grain rot, bacterial brown streak and bacterial leaf blight, including a determination step by performing multiple PCRs using DNA separated from rice as a template using the primer pairs. The diagnosis method using the kit for simultaneous diagnosis of major three rice bacterial diseases of the present invention enables simultaneous diagnosis of a complex infection contagion plant such that time and efforts can be reduced, rapid early diagnosis of rice bacterial diseases can be possible, and thus the method can contribute to establishment of a general management system of rice bacterial diseases and maintain high quality seeds.
