Abstract:
본 발명의 열처리소금 제조용 황토 용기는, 황토를 325 mesh를 통과한 1-40 μm 의 미세 입자의 황토를 얻는 단계; 상기 황토에 물과 삼성분계소지를 첨가하여 혼합하여 혼합물을 만드는 단계; 상기 혼합물을 균질화하여 슬러리를 만드는 단계; 상기한 슬러리를 (석고)몰드에 넣어 황토 용기를 성형한 다음 그늘에서 자연 건조하는 단계; 상기한 성형된 황토 용기를 섭씨 1200 내지 1400도에서 40 내지 80 분간 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기한 황토와 물은 그 혼합 비율이 1 : 1 중량비율인 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기한 황토와 삼성분계소지의 혼합 비율은, 황토 70-95중량%와 삼성분계소지 5-30중량% 비율인 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기한 성형되는 황토 용기는 원통 형상이며, 그 크기는 직경이 10-15센치미터, 높이가 10-14센치미너, 두께가 0.5 내지 1 센치미터인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하여 제조된 열처리소금 제조용 황토 용기는 본 발명자가 종래 출원한 미네랄 죽염의 제조에 사용한 세라믹 용기에 비해 저비용으로 제조가 가능하고, 기존 황토 용기에서 문제가 되는 열처리소금의 손실이 거의 발생하지 않아 원료비 등의 제조비용을 절감하고 생산 효율을 높일 수 있는 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 열처리소금 제조용 황토 용기로 본 발명자가 종래 출원한 미네랄 죽염의 제조 방법과 동일한 방법으로 제조된 미네랄죽염은 건강 기능성이 우수하다고 알려진 자색을 지닌 열처리소금(즉 자죽염)에 비해 미네랄이 풍부하고 기능성 가스신호전달물질인 황화수소를 생성하는 물질을 다량 함유하고 있다.

The present invention relates to a medicinal composition for treating or preventing diabetes and a functional composition for improving or preventing diabetes containing Spergularia marina as an active ingredient. Since the Spergularia marina is very effective in improving insulin sensitivity, the present invention in this respect can be a functional composition containing the Spergularia marina as the active ingredient for improving insulin sensitivity. The Spergularia marina is a natural product has been used as a food ingredient, thereby being judged to have no problems involved in tolerance or safety. In addition, the Spergularia marina is very effective in reducing the blood glucose level and improving the insulin sensitivity, thereby being able to be widely used for various purposes to treat, prevent, or relieve diabetes.

PURPOSE: A therapeutic agent containing purple bamboo salt prepared using bay salts and bamboo is provided to prevent or treat gastrorrhagia, inflammation, ulcer, and gastric mucosal injury. CONSTITUTION: A therapeutic agent for treating gastritis and gastric ulcer contains purple bamboo salts as an active ingredient, containing hydrogen sulfide. A method or preparing the purple bamboo salts comprises: a step of inputting bay salts and cut bamboo chips into a ceramic tank; a step of heating the ceramic tank at 1,000-1,200 Deg. C. for 50-90 minutes; a step of sealing and cooling the ceramic tank by 15-25 Deg. C.; a step of pulverizing the salts; and a step of repeating the steps 2-5 times. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing salt having skin whitening activity comprises: a step of performing thermal treatment of salt at 700-900°C for 30 minutes to 4 hours; a step of performing thermal treatment at 700-900°C for 1-5 hours; a step of mixing the salt and bamboo in a weight ratio of 40:60~70:30; a step of heating for 4-6 hours; and a step of performing thermal treatment at 1,100°C for 15-16 minutes. A cosmetic composition with whitening activity contains the functional salt as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: A functional salt mixed with bamboo is provided to remarkably improve antioxidation ability of salt and to prevent wrinkles and skin aging by scavenging free radicals. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a functional salt mixed with bamboo comprises the steps of: mixing salt with bamboo in a weight ratio of 40:60 to 70:30; heating the mixture for 4-6 hours so that the mixture becomes 1,100°C; and heat-treating the mixture at 1,100°C for 15-60 minutes. The salt is bay salt or refined salt. The method further comprises a pretreatment step of heat-treating bay salt at 750 - 850°C for 12 - 36 hours.

CONSTITUTION: A functional salt by heating sun-dried salt with bamboo comprises the steps of: heat-treating bay salt at 700 - 900°C for 1 - 12 hours; mixing the heat-treated bay salt with bamboo in a weight ratio of 40:60 to 70: 30; heating the mixture for 4-6 hours so that the mixture becomes 1,100°C; and heat-treating the mixture at 1,100°C for 15 - 60 minutes.
