    Abstract: The present invention relates to a bio cartridge which comprises: a reaction chamber in which a reagent embedded in a housing is stored; a clinical specimen transfer channel which provides a transfer path to the reaction chamber of a clinical specimen supplied to the housing; a mixing device which mixes the clinical specimen and the reagent; and a pneumatic device which provides pneumatic to the clinical specimen. The pneumatic device includes an air injection needle which can be entered into a test collection device and an air transfer channel connected to the air injection needle. The mixing device includes a magnetic agitation member arranged inside the reaction chamber with the reagent and a rotary device which provides torque to the magnetic agitation member. The rotary device includes a motor including a magnetic in one od of a rotary shaft.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for pretreatment of blood comprises an injection part(110), an albumin removing part(120), an aggregation part(130). The injection part is used for injecting a blood sample. The albumin removing part contains beads for adsorbing albumin to remove albumin from the blood sample. The aggregation part contains an aggregation reactant for forming a hemagglutination reactant. The apparatus further comprises a filter(140) for removing the hemagglutination reactant. A method for pretreatment of blood comprises: a step of removing albumin using the beads from a blood sample; and a step of aggregating blood cells in the blood sample using the aggregation reactant.
