The present invention relates to a spectral apparatus and a method for measuring interference in real time using a comb generating and detecting device to accurately measure at least one among the surface shape, the inner surface shape, the thickness, and the position of target measuring objects without damage to the target measuring objects. Especially, the spectral apparatus for measuring the interference in real time comprises: a light source part for irradiating the broadband width of light; and at least one interferometer for measuring at least one among the surface shape, the inner surface shape, the thickness, and the position of the target measuring objects from the interference signals of the light irradiated from the light source and reflected from the target measuring objects; wherein the light source part has a febry-perot filter by which the broadband frequency of light in an infrared ray region outputted from a light source to the broadband optical frequency of comb.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for determining a standard musical tune of Korean traditional music, and 12 musical pipes for the same, and a musical instrument tuning device using the standard musical tune of Korean traditional music are provided to enable the establishment and the harmony of a Korean traditional music system by setting criteria for playing music and to contribute for the harmony with other musical systems. CONSTITUTION: A method for determining a standard musical tune of Korean traditional music includes the following steps of: setting a length rate of 13 musical pipes having identical diameter based on the length by using a pytagoras method; calculating basic vibration frequencies of each musical pies by utilizing a correction length in which an opening correction length in which the inner diameter of the pipe is multiplied by a correction constant is added to the pipe length instead of the pipe length; setting the basic vibration frequency of a 13rd musical pipe is double of that of a first musical pipe; and substituting a correction constant value for calculating an inner diameter rate of the inner diameter of the musical pipes and the length of the 13rd musical pipe; and obtaining the basic vibration frequencies of the musical pipes by using the correction constant value and the inner diameter rate.

본 발명은 비접촉식 3차원 좌표 측정 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 광원으로부터 조사되는 빛을 임의의 위치에 설치된 최소한 3개의 광검출기로 검출하여 광원의 정확한 위치를 측정하는 비접촉식 3차원 좌표 측정 장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 비접촉식 3차원 좌표 측정 장치는 위치를 알고자하는 측정 대상물에 설치된 광원부와 ; 최대한 넓은 면적으로 빛이 퍼져나가게 하기 위한 확산소자와 ; 알려진 위치에 설치되고, 상기 광원으로부터 조사된 빛을 감지하는 최소한 3개의 광검출부와 ; 상기 광검출부에서 검출된 빛을 통해 광원부과 각 광검출부 사이의 거리를 측정하고, 측정된 거리로부터 광원의 위치를 산출하는 위치산출부를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 모아레 기법을 이용한 3차원 형상 측정 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 기존 기술의 측정 속도를 증가시키고, 측정 분해능을 감소시키지 않으면서 측정 범위를 확대하는 모아레 기법을 이용한 3차원 형상 측정 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 모아레 기법을 이용한 3차원 형상 측정 방법에 있어서, 서로 다른 간격을 갖는 세 개의 그리드 패턴 R, G, B를 이용하여 한 장의 RGB 그리드 패턴을 구성하는 단계; 상기 RGB 패턴에 120도 또는 90도의 위상차를 누적 적용하여 3장 또는 4장의 RGB 패턴 세트를 생성하는 단계; 상기 3장 또는 4장의 RGB 패턴 세트를 측정물에 순차적으로 투사하고 이를 컬러 CCD 카메라로 측정하는 단계; 컬러 CCD로 획득된 3장 또는 4장의 이미지를 이용하여 위상을 계산하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모아레 기법을 이용한 3차원 형상 측정 방법을 제공한다. PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for measuring three dimensional shape using color projection moire technique are provided, which can improve measurement speed by measuring phase information calculated by the grid pattern. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring three dimensional shape using color projection moire technique comprises a computer(14), a projector(10), and a color CCD camera(12). The computer generates three RGB patterns with different grid gaps using an internally stored program. The projector projects the RGB pattern to a measurement object(11). The color CCD camera obtains the RGB pattern projected to the measurement object as an image. The apparatus for measuring three dimensional shape measures the phase information measured through the CCD camera.

A shape measuring apparatus and method are provided to improve the measurement precision by using a plurality of laser devices outputting interference signal for detecting the wavelength of the generated beam. A shape measuring apparatus comprises a plurality of laser devices(111,116) which generate beams, emit the specific frequency beam among the generated beams, and output interference signal for detecting the wavelength of the generated beam; and a controller(120) which detects the wavelength of the generated beam from the outputted interference signal and controls the laser devices based on the detected wavelength.

A thermal expansion coefficient measuring interferometer and a method thereof are provided to measure thermal expansion coefficient more accurately by measuring the minute length change of a measurement object according to the temperature change. A thermal expansion coefficient measuring interferometer comprises a polarization beam splitter(220) and a plurality of corner cube prisms(232,234,236). The polarization beam splitter reflects and transmits a first beam and a second beam according to the polarization component so that the first beam is split into a third beam and a fourth beam and the second beam into a fifth beam and a sixth beam. The corner cube prism changes the beam path of the incident beam if at least one of the third beam and the sixth beam enters from the polarization beam splitter.

An apparatus and a method for measuring three dimensional coordinates are provided to measure a moving pate of an object, to obtain a wide measurement range and to measure three dimensional coordinates rapidly of the object with high resolution. A light generator(410) generates the light. A reference optical fiber irradiates the generated light. An object optical fiber is installed in the object to be measured and irradiates the light. A plurality of optical detectors(441,449) detects an interference pattern generated by the light irradiated in the reference optical fiber(420) and the object light fiber(430). An operation unit(450) calculates 3D position vector of the object to be measured from a plurality of detected interference pattern.

An interferometer for measuring thermal expansion coefficient can calculate the amount of length change of a measurement object more accurately without an error due to the deformation of the glass plate according to temperature. An interferometer for measuring thermal expansion coefficient includes a measurement target system(250), an optical system(210), and a vacuum chamber(200). The measurement target system comprises a measurement object(254) and a reference plate(255) on which the measurement object is loaded. The optical system splits incident light, modulates the frequency of the split light, and projects the modulated light to the measurement object and the reference plate respectively. The optical system also couples the respective light reflected from the measurement object and the reference plate, and detects the beat signal generated due to the interference generated in the optical coupling. The vacuum chamber maintains the vacuum condition with the measurement target system and optical system installed inside.
