Abstract: A pressure control valve of a vehicular fuel line is provided to control pressure of the fuel automatically because a slider rises or falls and elasticity of an elastic member is controlled. A pressure control valve of a vehicular fuel line comprises an elasticity control unit which is arranged on the top of an elastic member(30). The elasticity control unit controls elasticity of the elastic member according to control of the ECU(Electronic Control Unit). The elasticity control unit comprises a slider(32) which is placed inside a housing and permitted to slide, and a lifting drive mechanism which lifts up the slider according to control of ECU. The lifting drive mechanism comprises forward and reverse rotation motor(34) as an actuator.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A control method of exhaust temperature in each cylinder of an engine at a knocking is provided to improve the fuel efficiency by sorting and controlling a cylinder requiring a fuel increase. CONSTITUTION: A basic exhaust temperature is calculated. The calculated exhaust temperature is compared with an optional set value. Thick fuel is applied as a basic air fuel ratio when the calculated exhaust temperature is over the set value. A perception of an igniting time is checked by a knocking control. An increasing/decreasing amount of each cylinder by the ignition perception is calculated when the igniting time is perceived. The thickness as the air fuel ratio of each cylinder is calculated. Thereby, the fuel efficiency is improved.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a disc(28) of a multiple disc clutch includes a cutting process; a coating process and a pressurizing process. An annular plate(22) is cut from a steel roll plate, raw materials. Liquid friction material(24) is coated to front and rear surfaces of the annular plate in uniform thickness. Friction material of front and rear surfaces of the annular plate is pressed by upper and lower pressurizing frame and dried. Protrusion portions of the pressurizing frame make grooves(28a) for flowing oil to a surface of the friction material. Thereby, time for coating friction material is reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A knocking control method of a gasoline engine is provided to minimize loss of performance of the engine by restricting excessive retard of ignition time with controlling knocking through the air-fuel ratio control. CONSTITUTION: In the ignition time control step, ignition time retards and returns in knocking an engine(ST100). In the density control step of air-fuel ratio, the air-fuel ratio according to each cylinder is controlled in case of the retard of ignition time to be over the critical value(ST200). An ECU decides the knocking operation range by receiving signals from a knocking sensor(ST110), and calculates the knocking intensity in deciding the knocking operation range(ST120). Ignition time returns if the knocking intensity is below the threshold value, and retards if the knocking intensity is over the threshold value(ST141,ST142). The air-fuel ratio enrichment learning value is returned in case of the ignition time retard to be less than the threshold value(ST231), and the air-fuel ratio according to each cylinder is calculated in case of the ignition time retard to be over the threshold value(ST232). The air-fuel ratio enrichment corresponding to each cylinder is stored for next learning(ST240).
