Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차 엔진의 에어플로미터와 서지탱크 사이에 설치되어 흡입공기량을 조절하는 스로틀 밸브에 관한 것으로서, 에어플로미터와 서지탱크 사이에 설치되어 흡입공기가 통과하는 밸브 바디와, 상기 밸브 바디 내의 상측면과 하측면에 각각 위치되고 일단이 상기 밸브 바디 출구쪽에 각각 고정되어 벤츄리 작용으로 흡입 공기량을 조절하는 복수개의 벤츄리 판과, 상기 벤츄리 판의 타단이 상측과 하측에서 각각 고정되고 상기 밸브 바디내에서 유로방향으로 이동되는 작용구와, 가속페달과 연동되어 상기 작용구를 이동시키는 작동수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 본 발명에 의한 엔진 흡기장치의 스로틀 밸브는 벤츄리 판이 부드럽게 굽혀진 상태에서 공기가 통과하기 때문에 공기 저항이 최소화되고 흡입공기의 유동 손실을 줄여 엔진 효율이 상승되는 효과가 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle intercooler is provided to reduce harmful exhaust emission, and to improve performance of an engine by changing a passage according to temperature of air sucked to an intercooler. CONSTITUTION: An intercooler comprises an upper tank arranged in the upper part; a cooling tank arranged in the lower part of the upper tank to cool air from a compressor of a turbocharger; and a lower tank mounted in the lower part of the cooling tank. Cooling tubes(10) are arranged in the cooling tank to pass air to an outer body. The upper tank has a passage modifying unit(12) changing an air passage according to temperature of air to reduce harmful exhaust emission by supercooling sucked air. The air from the turbocharger at a low temperature flows into the upper tank of the intercooler in the low temperature of the sucked air as in starting an engine. A bellows valve(26) is opened by flowing the low-temperature supercharged air, and the supercharged air is supplied to a cylinder(22) through the passage by opening the bellows valve.
