Abstract: PURPOSE: A gasket structure of a rocker cover is provided to seal up a mounting unit of the rocker cover mounted at the upper part of a cylinder head and covering a valve train. CONSTITUTION: In a gasket(20) structure of a rocker cover, a protrusion(24,25) is formed at the upper and lower sides of a body(21) to heighten sealing effect. Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel pressure pulse is dampened by changing fluid passage structure of damping portion of a fuel filter device to prevent fuel leakage. CONSTITUTION: A filter housing(13) has a fuel inlet pipe(11) and a fuel outlet pipe(12). A filtering element(14) is installed in lower part of the filter housing(13). A damping portion(15) reduces fuel pressure pulse in the fuel filter device. A fluid passage(16) of the damping portion has a cylinder(18) comprising a thread line(17), and an outer wall(19). Fuel pressure pulse is dampened by the thread line and the outer wall.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel hose used in a vehicle is provided to remarkably reduce gas evaporative emission and to improve the permeability with respect to all gases by forming the fuel hose in a triple structure. CONSTITUTION: An inner layer made of fluorine rubber prevents fuel from being leaked. Fluorine rubber has fluorine of 60 to 75%. If the content of fluorine is less than 60%, an endurance with respect to fuel oil is lowered. If the content of fluorine is more than 75%, a cold resistance is lowered. A thickness of the inner layer is about 0.3 to 1.0mm. If the thickness of the inner layer is below 0.3mm, it is difficult to extrude the inner layer. If the thickness of the inner layer is above 1.0mm, it is difficult to bond the inner layer with a middle layer. Methylene donor compound can be used to improve the bonding force between the inner layer and the middle layer. An outer layer is made of CMS rubber or ECO rubber.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An antilibration rubber is obtained from a method characterized in that the mixing ratio of crude rubber and butadiene rubber is different from those of conventional rubbers, and soft carbon black and vulcanizing agent are additionally mixed. Thus the antilibration rubber is applicable to rubber articles in which high heat-resistance, high durability, excellent dynamic-spring characteristic are required.
