Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for controlling the combustion of a diesel engine is provided to estimate the peak pressure of a combustion chamber and control fuel injection timing through vibration without the direct measurement of combustion pressure. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling the combustion of a diesel engine includes: a step (S120) of measuring vibration on the engine; a step (S130) of predetermining a range in which the location of the peak pressure (LPP) is predicted with measured data for the vibration; a step (S140) of converting a determined vibration signal into a frequency response function; a step (S150) of integrating the converted frequency response functions; a step (S160) of determining the LPP from the integrated frequency response functions; a step (S170) of determining the offset of the LPP and the offset of the start of combustion (SOC) to the detected LPP; and a step (S180) of calculating an error with comparing a calculated estimated LPP value and estimated SOC value with a target LPP value and a target SOC value. PURPOSE: A hidden type hood gas lifter device is provided to install a gas lifter even in a narrow space, and to easily control moment by easily controlling the length of a link. CONSTITUTION: A hidden type hood gas lifter device(100) comprises a gas lifter(50), a first connecting link(110), a link member(120), a gear part(130), a second connection link(140), a hinge bracket(150), and a hinge arm. One end of the first connection link is rotatably connected to the gas lifter. The bottom end of the link member is connected to the other end of the first connection link. The gear part is coupled to the top end of the link member. One end of the second connection link is connected to the gear part. The hinge bracket supports the other end of the second connection link. One end of the hinge arm is coupled to the other end of the second link, and the other end is connected to a hood.

본 고안은 자동차용 엔진의 동력으로써 발전을 하는 알터네이터의 장착구조에 대한 것으로 고안의 주된 목적은 엔진의 구동에 대해 진동을 예방하고, 체결력을 최상의 상태로 유지시켜 발전효율을 양호한 상태로 유지할 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 그리고 이를 위한 특징적인 구성은 엔진의 외벽으로 부터 연장하되, 장공이 천공된 브라켓트와, 나사구멍이 천공된 알터네이터의 돌편을 보울트로 체결하되, 상기한 보울트에 주철재의 원통부재를 길이방향으로 끼운후 체결하므로서 진동방지및 체결력이 보강되도록 하는데 있다.
