본 발명은 프런트 필라 아우터 리인포스먼트, 상기 프런트 필라 아우터 리인포스먼트 외측에 부착되는 프런트 필라 사이드 아우터 패널, 상기 프런트 필라 사이드 아우터 패널과 대응하는 프런트 필라 아우터 리인포스먼트의 일측면에 구비되어 상기 프런트 필라 아우터 리인포스먼트와 프런트 필라 사이드 아우터 패널 사이의 공기구멍을 마감하는 공기차단부를 포함한다.
상기와 같이 프런트 필라 아우터 리인포스먼트의 일측에 상기 공기구멍을 마감하는 공기차단부를 형성함으로써 차량 디자인 자유도가 높은 프런트 필라부의 경우에도 별도의 브라켓을 적용하지 않고서도 공기의 유입을 차단할 수 있으며, 그에 따라 제작 및 조립이 용이하고, 제조원가를 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: A box-type assembly structure of a cowl part and front pillar part is provided to reduce the logistic cost of a cowl complete panel by maintaining a box type coupling structure and post-mounting the cowl complete panel. A box-type assembly structure of a cowl part and front pillar part comprises a cowl inner lower panel(122), a cowl top reinforcement(124), a front pillar outer reinforcement(116), a front pillar inner lower panel(114) and a cowl side upper inner panel(128). Abstract: An automatic controlling apparatus of an amount of washing fluid depending on a speed of a vehicle is provided to wash a windshield optimally all the time by preventing waste of the washing fluid or contamination of the windshield. An automatic controlling apparatus of an amount of washing fluid depending on a speed of a vehicle includes a piston(5), a cylinder(4), an air pressure supply, a speed sensor, an ECU(Electronic Control Unit), and a return spring(9). The piston moves up and down for varying a section area of a passage(6) for the washing fluid. The cylinder contains the piston. The air pressure supply provides air pressure through a hose(7) connected to the cylinder for moving the piston into the passage. The speed sensor detects speed of the vehicle by detecting RPM of a wheel and outputs a signal of the speed. The ECU controls the air pressure supply to increase the air pressure for more protrusion of the piston into the passage when the speed of the vehicle is increased. The return spring elastically supports the piston against the air pressure.
