하이브리드 전기 자동차용 더블 클러치 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 하이브리드 전기 자동차용 더블 클러치 장치는 모터/제너레이터와 엔진으로부터 연결축을 통하여 전달되는 회전동력을 2개의 클러치를 통하여 2개의 입력축에 선택적으로 연결하여 변속수단에서 다단으로 변속을 이루도록 하는 하이브리드 전기 자동차용 더블 클러치 장치에 있어서, 상기 모터/제너레이터 또는 엔진으로부터 상기 연결축을 통하여 전달되는 회전동력이 하나의 클러치에 의해 상시 동력 연결된 상태로 하나의 입력축에 상기 회전동력을 상시 전달하는 더블 클러치 유닛; 상기 엔진의 크랭크 샤프트에 연결된 플라이 휠에 선택적으로 작용하여 상기 연결축에 상기 엔진의 회전동력의 연결을 단속하는 엔진 클러치 유닛을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a double clutch assembly-flywheel coupling structure and, more particularly, to a double clutch assembly-flywheel coupling structure in which damping means for overall length reduction is formed in the double clutch assembly which is connected to a transmission side from the flywheel connected to an engine. A double clutch that is configured to have the double clutch assembly which transmits engine power to the transmission and the flywheel which is connected to the double clutch assembly and is coupled with an engine crankshaft includes: a guide groove that is formed in a coupling surface of the double clutch assembly and is formed to have a circular shape a predetermined distance apart from the center of rotation; a coupling protrusion that is formed on the surface corresponding to the coupling surface of the flywheel, corresponds to the guide groove, and is guided in the direction of rotation; and a damping spring that is securely placed and fixed to the guide groove and absorbs a backlash impact when the coupling protrusion rotates.

PURPOSE: A double clutch device using a gear set is provided to enable an odd gear set and an even gear set to operate differently. CONSTITUTION: A first drive gear(11) is connected to a drive motor. A second drive gear(12) goes in gear with the first drive gear. A third drive gear(13) is formed in the same axis with the second drive gear. An odd gear set(20) goes in gear with the second drive gear and touches a clutch bearing to deliver power. An even gear set(30) goes in gear with the third drive gear and touches a clutch bearing to deliver power.

PURPOSE: A method for preventing being late to a destination is provided to inform an operator of delay to a destination in case of seceding a route to the destination by setting a target time for arriving at the destination location in advance. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing being late to a destination comprises the following steps. A destination and a target time to arrive at the destination are registered(S101). A route to the destination is searched and an estimated arrival time to the destination is produced(S103). Whether the estimated arrival time is behind to the target time or not is decided(S105). If the estimated arrival time is behind to the target time, the delay is informed(S106). If arriving at the destination through a via point, a route is searched through the via point and produces an estimated arrival time(S113).

A clutch disk of vehicles is provided to postpone a point that the rattle noise generates by improving that a clutch disk hysteresis decreases after the abrasion. A clutch disk of vehicles(1) comprises: a hub plate(110) in which a shaft insert part is formed; a sub plat(120) and a disk plate(130) formed at both ends of the hub plate; a friction bushing(40) friction-touching to the either side outer surface of the hub plate; a friction washer and a friction spring successively assembled to the sub plate; and a disc facing formed at the outer side of the disk plate. The hub plate comprises a plurality of disk springs mounted to the radiated direction. The friction bushing is separated into a first and second range with a protrusion part.
