CONSTITUTION:A polymer composed of a monomer unit of formula II can be produced by the electrolytic polymerization of a thiophene derivative of formula I (n is 5-11) in a medium containing a supporting electrolyte capable of supplying a dopant (preferably hexafluorophosphoric ion, hexafluoroarsenic acid ion, tetrafluoroboric acid ion, perchloric acid ion or trifluoromethanesulfonic acid ion). The produced polymer is doped with 0.01-0.5mol% dopant (based on the monomer unit) to obtain the objective composition.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To regulate the concn. of a component by evaporating the desired component in a liquid to be treated not only from the surface of a liquid layer but also from the interior thereof, by a method wherein the liquid to be treated is supported by or a allowed to flow on the surface of a film a thin layer form and gas is transmitted through the liquid layer from the back surface of the film. CONSTITUTION:A liquid to be treated is pumped up from a liquid storage tank 7 by a pump 8 and passed through a flowmeter 9 and a thermostatic tank 10 to be sent into the inside route of a hollow yarn membrane through a pipeline 11. Further, gas passes through the thin layer of the liquid to be treated transmitted through the hollow yarn membrane and flowing down to be discharged. Because a gas flowing inside route is closed by a valve 16, the transmission of the gas from the inside of the hollow yarn membrane to the outside thereof is enabled. The treated liquid of which the concn. was regulated by evaporation flows out from the liquid side lower end outlet 12 of a membrane separator 6 to be stored in a liquid storage tank 13. The temp. in the separator can be measured by the thermocouple 14 inserted in said separator and the flow amount of the liquid to be treated can be regulated by the pump 8 and the flow amount of the gas can be regulated by a pressure regulating valve 2.

The vinyl compound expressed by formula I is obtained by reacting a (meth)acryloyl chloride expressed by formula III with tetrahydrofurfurylamine expressed by formula IV and triethylamine expressed by formula V in benzene at 0-10 deg.C.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To form a metallic pattern available in the manufacture of a wiring board on the surface of resin with a simple operation by exposing cellulose fiber packed in a molded body of synthetic resin, immersing this in palladium hydrogel and thereafter performing electroless plating thereon. CONSTITUTION:Cellulose fiber is exposed according to a prescribed pattern from the surface of a molded body of synthetic resin such as phenolic resin and melamine resin which is uniformly packed with cellulose fiber such as paper and pulp. Therefor the resin may be cut, abraded and disconnected for example by using a cutter and a file of a hard material made of steel. After washing a molded body of synthetic resin wherein cellulose fiber is exposed in the prescribed part with an organic solvent such as ethanol and washing it with water, it is immersed in palladium hydrosol having 0.01-5mg-atom/l Pd concn. Normally for >=1 minute. Then after washing the resin molded body subjected to the immersion treatment with water, it is immersed in an electroless plating bath to form a metallic pattern on the resin molded body. In such a method, the metallic pattern can be formed on the resin molded body in a simple operation without using a resist and an etching operation.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To simply form a metallic film having superior adhesion by plating with high reproducibility by etching a molded body of polyethylene terephthalate and immersing it in palladium hydrosol contg. a cationic surfactant. CONSTITUTION:A molded body of polyethylene terephthalate is etched by immersion in an aqueous soln. of an alkali metallic hydride for >=about 10min. the molded body is then immersed in palladium hydrosol contg. a cationic surfactant to stick palladium colloid to the surface of the molded body. About 0.002-0.1% stearyltrimethylammonium chloride is preferably used as the surfactant. The palladium hydrosol contains bout 0.1-2mg atom/l Pd and the immersion is preferably carried out at room temp.-about 100 deg.C for >=about 1min. The molded body is pulled up, washed and chemically plated by a conventional method.
