    Abstract: The invention relates to a process for preparing self-releasing, compact or cellular moulded bodies optionally containing reinforcing agents and made of polyisocyanate polyaddition products by reacting a) organic and/or modified organic polyisocyanates with b) at least one compound with at least two reactive hydrogen atoms and a molecular weight of 500 to 9,000 and optionally c) chain extension and/or cross-linking agents in the presence of d) alkyl and/or alkenyl succinic acid monoamides, -monoamides, poly(alkyl succinic acid)- and/or poly(alkenyl succinic acid)-polyamides, -polyimides, -monoamide monoimides, -polyamide imides, -amide polyimides and- polyamide polyimides or mixtures thereof as internal mould release agents, and also in the presence or absence of e) catalysts, f) blowing agents, g) reinforcing agents, h) auxiliary agents, in an open or closed moulding tool, optionally under compression. The invention also relates to the use of alkyl- and/or alkenyl succinic acid amides and/or imides (d) as internal mould release agents for the preparation of moulded bodies made of polyisocyanate polyaddition products.

    Abstract: Preparation of low-temperature-stable alkanolic-aqueous solutions of polyethersulphonates of the general formula I R-(O-A)n-SO3M I in which R represents an alkyl or alkenyl group having 8 to 25 carbon atoms or an alkylphenyl group having 8 to 18 carbon atoms in the alkyl radical, A denotes a 1,2-alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, n has a value of between 1 and 15 and M represents an alkali metal cation or an ammonium cation which can be substituted by C1-C4-alkyl groups or C1-C4-hydroxyalkyl groups, by reacting polyether halides of the general formula II R-(O-A)n-X II in which X represents chlorine or bromine, with an aqueous solution of an alkali metal sulphite or ammonium sulphite and diluting the reaction solution with a C4-C8-alkanol, by heating the reaction mixture after the reaction to 60 to 150 DEG C at 1 to 5 bar and separating the mainly aqueous phase which is formed in this process. The low-temperature-stable solutions of the polyethersulphonates I are used as surfactant solutions in tertiary oil drilling.

    Abstract: An improved process for dyeing or printing waterswellable cellulosic fibers and mixtures or said cellulosic fibers with synthetic fibers by contacting the fibers throughout with a dye liquor or print paste which contains, as essential ingredients, water in an amount sufficient to swell the cellulosic fibers, a water-insoluble disperse dye and a water-soluble solvent which maintains swelling of the cellulose if water is removed and which is a solvent for the disperse dye, and heating the contacted fibers to effect fixation of the dye, the improvement comprising using as water-soluble solvent a mixture of (a) polyethylene oxide, a block copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide or an ether, ester or carbamate derivative thereof and (b) a polyoxyethylated amine.
