Abstract: Un método y aparato para hacer vesículas adecuadas para usarlas como agentes de contraste en el cual e contenedor que contene una fase en suspension acuosa y una fase de gas separada se agita usando un movimiento alternativo El movimiento alternativo se produce mediante un brazo agitador que mueve el contenedor en dos direcciones sustancialmente perpendiculares, siendo el movimiento en la primera direccion perpendiculares, siendo el mivimiento en la primero direccion a lo largo de una trayectoria arqueada. La trayectoria total del movimiento ocurre en un patron de figura en 8. La frecuencia de agitacion es de cuando menos aproximadamente 2800 rpm, la longitud del brazo agitador es de cuando menos aproximadamente 6cm, y el ángulo a través del cual el brazo agitador gira en la primero direccion es de cuando menos aproximadamente 3o. La longitud total de recorrido alrededor del patron de figura en 8 es de cuando menos 0.7 centímetros.

Abstract: Un método y un aparato para preparar vesículas adecuadas para el uso como agentes de contraste en donde un recipiente que contiene una fase de suspensiónacuosa y una fase gaseosa separada es agitado usando movimiento alternativo. El movimientoalte rnativo es producido por un brazo agitador que mueve elrecipiente en dos direcciones substancialmente perpendiculares, siendo el movimiento en la primera dirección a lo largo de un trayecto arqueado. Eltrayecto general del movimientoocurre en un modelo en forma de 8 (ocho). La frecuencia de agitación es de por lo menos aprox. 2800 rpm, la longitud delbrazo agitador es de por lo menos aprox. 6 cm y el ángulo que gira el brazo agitador en la primera dirección es de por lomenos aprox . 3°. La longitudtotal de trayecto alrededor del modelo en forma de 8 es de por lo menos 0,7 cm.
