The compensating element (8) comprises at least two compensation pulleys, of which the first part (3a) of the hoisting ropes (3) coming to the compensating element (8) are led over the top of the first compensation pulley (18) and the second part (3b) of the hoisting ropes (3) coming to the compensating element (8) are led to the second compensation pulley (19).
