    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance controllability of a flow rate of oil and prevent unnecessary heating of the oil by allowing the oil jetted from a crankshaft along the inner face of a sealed case disposed in the upper portion, and dividing the oil flow at projecting curves so as to permit the oil to drip in the vicinity of a cylinder head. SOLUTION: During operation of a closed electric compressor 1, oil 24 jetted from an oil opening 12 collides against the upper inner face of a sealed case 2 upon rotation of a crankshaft 6. The orbit of the collision draws a substantial circle 25, flows along the inner face of the sealed case 2, and finally, reaches a pair of projecting curves 19 projecting outward on both sides at the upper portion of the sealed case 2. Subsequently, the flow is divided into flows, i.e., a flow along first curves 18 indicated by arrows 26 and flows bypassing the projecting curves 19 indicated by arrows 27. In the flow indicated by the arrows 26, the oil drips in a required quantity on a cylinder head 16 to thus cool it. However, the oil cannot drip on a turn portion of a discharge line 20 under the projecting curves 19, thereby preventing unnecessary heating of the oil.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower starting torque in a starting time by providing a controller always opening a discharge valve in a starting time. SOLUTION: A tip part 20a of an electromagnet 20 is opposed to a discharge lead 7 via a spring lead 22 and a stopper 23 so as to be fixed in a cylinder head 15. In a starting time, a compressor start detecting means detects a start, of a compressor so as to give an excitation command for a timer which energizes the electromagnet 20 for a set time set around a time required for bringing the compressor to the steady number of revolutions. Then, the electromagnet 20 is magnetized by means of excitation based on the timer, and by means of the magnetic force from the tip part 20a, the discharge lead 7 is forcibly opened, and then, a discharge valve 5 is set in a normally-open condition. Under this condition, coolant is hardly compressed even if a piston 3 is advanced and set in a compression stroke. After a lapse of the set time, the timer stops excitation to the electromagnet 20 so as to release magnetization in the electromagnet 20, so that the discharge valve 5 is returned to a normal condition.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control capability of a compressor by adjusting opening of a suction valve during operation of a compressor, and controlling a circulation amount of coolant. SOLUTION: A compressor is provided with a suction valve 11 which has a suction lead 14 in which a magnet 20 is fixed to a surface corresponding to a suction hole 12; an electromagnet 21 which has a leading end directed to the suction lead 14 at the position opposed to the suction lead 14 through the suction hole 12 and the suction hole 12; and an under-operation current carrying voltage control device which carries current to the electromagnet 21 during operation and adjusts the voltage. It is thus possible to adjust lifting up of the suction lead 14 and control a passage amount of coolant.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To extract a beverage in a short time and obtain a stable-flavored tea by providing a funnel having an outlet below a filter net and a controller of hot water feed to supply appropriate volume of hot water necessary for unfolding, immediately after the tea leaves are fed in the filter net. CONSTITUTION:A filter net 20 is fixed at the opening 19 provided on a plate 16 and a funnel 21 is placed below the filter net with a certain space. The opening of outlet 22 is made at the bottom of the funnel 21. Tea leaves are fed from a tea leaves feed hopper 12 into the filter net 20 by an exchanging device 13 of tea leaves and a hot water feed valve 10 is opened by a controller 18 of feeding hot water to feed a necessary volume of hot water and again closed after that. When an extraction switch of tea is inputted, the hot water feed valve 10 is opened by the controller 18 of feeding hot water and an appropriate volume of hot water is poured on the tea leaves. This hot water passes through the tea leaves in the filter net 20 to extract tea and flows down from the outlet 22 without staying in the funnel 21.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the extraction efficiency by prolonging the staying time of the hot water supplied into an extraction container in extracting a drink and obtain the drink which has a high concentration and is rich in flavor, by fitting-arranging a screen-shaped filter in demountable manner and installing a plate for reversal is replacing tea leaves. CONSTITUTION:When the replacement time for tea leaf comes, a geared motor 15 is electrified, and the used-up tea leaves are discharged through the reversal of a tea filter 16 by a tea leaf replacement device 14. A hot water supply valve 11 is electrified simultaneously with the time when the new tea leaves are received on a filter 23, and hot water is supplied to the tea leaves on the filter 23 from a tank 8 through a hot water supply pipe 10 and a hot water supply port 12. A drink which flows out from the filter 23 does not flow out as it is from a funnel 18, and is temporarily allowed to stay in the funnel 18 by closing one between two holes 19a and 19b formed on the bottom surface. Accordingly, the vapor which is generated from the hot water surface of the drink moistens the tea leaves on the filter 23, and the extraction efficiency is improved, and the flavor-rich tea having high concentration can be extracted.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the concurrent use of a water boiling device with a coffee server or the like of large electric capacity by applying the constitution wherein a heater is turned off upon receipt of the on signal of external equipment even during the operation of the heater via hot water temperature detection, and a hot water feed valve is electrically actuated via a hot water feed operation. CONSTITUTION:A control equipment is constituted with a temperature judgement means 14 for inputting a signal of temperature in a tank 2 detected with a temperature detector 12 and comparing the signal with a reference temperature signal, a heater drive means 40 for supplying power to a heater 3 on the basis of the output of the aforesaid means 14, a priority judgement means 16 for outputting a heater power interruption signal to the heater drive means 40 upon receipt of the on signal 15 of external equipment such as a coffee server, regardless of the value of the temperature signal, and a hot water feed valve drive means 42 for supplying power to a hot water feed valve 5 upon receipt of a signal from a hot water feed switch 17. According to the aforesaid construction, when the coffee server is used, the priority judgement means 16 interrupts power supply to the heater of a tea server upon receipt of the on signal of the coffee server. The electrical systems of the tea server other than the heater thereof are being supplied with electric power, tea is served as the hot water feed valve 5 is operated upon pressing a tea service switch.
