Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive configuration information that indicates an uplink transmit switching configuration for performing uplink transmit switching between a first component carrier and a second component carrier and a sounding reference signal (SRS) carrier switching configuration for performing SRS carrier switching between the second component carrier and a third component carrier, wherein the configuration information is associated with a maximum number of allowable switches over an amount of time. The UE may transmit, based at least in part on the configuration information, one or more signals associated with performing at least one of uplink transmit switching or SRS carrier switching. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication for a reference signal to be transmitted on a first carrier, wherein the UE is configured for reference signal carrier switching between the first carrier and a second carrier associated with uplink data channel or control channel transmission. The UE may receive an indication for uplink transmission switching between the second carrier and a third carrier. The UE may transmit, or suspend transmission, on the third carrier during a time associated with transmission of the reference signal on the first carrier based at least in part on the UE being configured for reference signal carrier switching and uplink transmission switching. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In one example, a method for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) includes identifying that the UE is in carrier aggregation communication with a first cell having a first sub-carrier spacing and a second cell having a second, different sub-carrier spacing. The method may further include monitoring one or more UE-specific search spaces of the first cell for first control information scheduling a first data communication on the first cell and one or more UE-specific search spaces of the first cell or the second cell for second control information scheduling a second data communication on the first cell, and resolving a scheduling order of the first control information scheduling the first data communication and the second control information scheduling the second data communication based at least in part on the monitoring and on a scheduling condition.

Abstract: A UE may receive, from a serving cell, an activation indication for an SCell, receiving a first reference signal from the SCell, the first reference signal including at least one temporary reference signal, identify whether a second reference signal is received after processing the activation indication and before an expiration of an SCell activation time, and activate, upon identifying that the second reference signal is received, the SCell based on one or more reference signals including at least one of the first reference signal or the second reference signal. The UE may activate the SCell no later than in slot n + K, and K may be determined based on at least in part the SCell activation time.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for secondary cell activation using temporary reference signals are provided. In one aspect, a method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE), includes receiving, from a base station (BS) via a first cell, an activation command to activate a second cell different from the first cell, and receiving, from the BS via the second cell during an activation period, a first reference signal different from a synchronization signal block (SSB). The method further includes performing a measurement of the first reference signal, and operating in the second cell based on the measurement. In some aspects, using reference signals different from SSBs may reduce the delay associated with activating the secondary cell.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that provide for a wireless device with dual subscriptions to prioritize a subscriber. A user equipment (UE) may configure a first channel for a first subscription and a second channel for a second subscription. The UE may determine one or more slots for the first subscription for communicating in a first direction and for the second subscription for communicating in a second direction, where the first and second directions are different. The UE may prioritize communications of the first subscription according to the determined slots. The prioritizing may be based on the direction, whether the communications are scheduled or configured, or whether the slot includes a monitoring occasion. The UE may communicate in the first direction according to the first subscription.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that support multiplexing multicast and unicast feedback. A base station may provision different subsets of resources from a set of resources for multicast feedback message transmission based on channel metric(s) of a user equipment (UE). The set of resources may include a plurality of subsets of resources, with each subset of resources being associated with a corresponding channel metric or range of channel metrics associated with each UE receiving the multicast transmission. A UE may determine that a feedback indication is to be provided in response to the multicast transmission, and select a subset of resources from the plurality of subsets of resources based on its own channel metric. The UE may multiplex the multicast feedback, an indication of the selected subset, and unicast feedback in a multiplexed feedback transmission to the base station.

Abstract: Technologies and techniques are disclosed for wireless communication in a dual connectivity wireless communication network. A first uplink timing value is determined for control information to a first cell group. A second uplink timing value is determined for control information to a second cell group. Transmit power may be determined and allocated for the first and second uplink communications. A timing offset value is determined relative to the second timing value and transmitted to the wireless communication network. Scheduling information is received in response to transmitting the timing offset value, and at least one of the first uplink communication or the second uplink communication are transmitted based on the scheduling information.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) and a base station may communicate in a wireless communications system. The UE may receive first control signaling indicating a first radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) and a first feedback process identifier, where the first RNTI indicates scheduling of a unicast downlink transmission. The UE may also receive second control signaling indicating a second RNTI and a second feedback process identifier, where the second RNTI indicates scheduling of a multicast downlink transmission. The UE may manage a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process at the UE associated with the unicast downlink transmission and the multicast downlink transmission based on the first RNTI, the first feedback process identifier, the second RNTI, and the second feedback process identifier. The UE may also simultaneously process multicast downlink transmission and broadcast signaling.
