Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the adhesiveness of a metal substrate and a resin by coating an org. silicon compound having an epoxy group or an amino group and a functional group combined with silicon on a metallic substrate then coating with fluoro- resin dispersion including an inorganic filler. CONSTITUTION:The org. silicon compound having one or more of epoxy group or amino group and functional group combined with silicon represented by Si-OR (R is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an acyl group or represent SiX, when X is a halogen atom) is dissolved in water or a solvent such as alcohol, and this is coated on a metal substrate by spraying or the like. Thence, the fluoro-resin dispersion containing >=1wt% inorganic fillers such as TiO2 and Fe2O3 is coated on said substrate, thence it is heated and baked. There may be used gamma-glycidoxypropyl trimethoxysilane and the like for the org. silicon compound.

This mixed resin dispersion is coated on a substrate of metals, ceramics, etc., after which it is heated and baked. There are vinyl triethoxy silane, gamma-aminopropyl triethoxy silane, etc. for the org. silicon compound.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To melt and join only parts of graduations, patterns and letters to fluorine resin of a base, by a method wherein the surface of a fluorine resin coated material of the base is provided with a fluorine resin layer which has a different color tone from that of the fluorine resin and the fluorine resin layer is heated locally at the melting temperature of the fluorine resin or higher under an unsintered state along the graduations, patterns and letters by a local heating device such as a laser. CONSTITUTION:A flat plate is coated with fluorine resin after molding the same by press processing or coasting and the same is fired. Then the surface of this coated material is coated with fluorine resin having a different color tone from that of the surface. In this instance, since the fluorine resin is transparent, coloring is performed by adding a pigment to the resin. As a coating method, it is performed by either coating a fluorine resin dispersion or laminating films together. Then the coated fluorine resin is heated locally at the melting temperature of the fluorine resin or higher, only parts of graduations, patterns and letters established beforehand along those and only those parts are melted and joined to the fluorine resin becoming a base. It is most preferable that the laser is scanned along the graduations decided beforehand as a locally heating device.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the corrosion of a basic plate, exfoliation of film, color change, etc., by printing scale, patterns, characters, etc., at a prescribed position on a etching- processed surface which is previously designed, forming a fluororesin layer which does not contain fillers on the whole surface of a plate having the above-described surface and carrying out press molding. CONSTITUTION:After the surface of an Al or Al alloy plate 1 is etching-processed, scale, patterns, characters, etc., 3 are printed or painted at a prescribed position on the etching-processed surface which is previously designed so that the printed or painted position is set at a desired position after press molding. Further, a fluororesin layer 4 which does not contain fillers is formed on the whole surface of the plate having the etching-processed surface including the printed or painted part, and the fluororesin coated article such as rice cooker and pan is manufactured through press molding. Accordingly, scale, patterns, characters, etc., can be formed without deteriorating the characteristics of the fluororesin coating on the fluororesin coated article such as the inner pan of a rice cooking jar, and easy confirmation in comparison with cutting is secured. Accordingly, the wide utilization in the scale display, manual writing, preparation for patterns on the cooking equipment is permitted.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable press forming of an aluminum article with a flange part whose bending of the flange part is made smaller without occurrence of wrong condition by performing trimming of the preformed flange part and regulating the end face of this trimmed flange part after that. CONSTITUTION:First, the flange part is performed on an aluminum material 1 to be pressed. Next, trimming is performed at the end part of the flange part. Lastly, compression forming is performed and the final pressed article is made. That is, press forming is performed while regulating the end face of the trimmed flange part with dies 3, 4. At this time, the length LB of sectional center of the flange part in the final forming is made shorter than the length LA of sectional center of the flange part in the pre-stage. Therefore, even if bend radius is made shorter than three times of sheet thickness, the aluminum material 1 is prevented from the cracking or the like.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain excellent fluoroplastic coating material, while color change and abrasion is prevented and unadhesiveness is kept by a method in which the fluoroplastic layer contain the filler coloring or covering the base material as a first layer, is provided on the surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy, and on said first layer, the excellent fluoroplastic layer containing no filler, is provided as a second layer. CONSTITUTION:Two fluorine plastic layers are provided on the surface of aluminum alloy 3. As a first layer 1, the fluoroplastic layer containing the filler having the purpose of the coloring or covering the aluminum base and if possible abrasion resistance is provided, and as a second layer, the fluoroplastic layer containing no filler is provided. As the filler of the first layer, the inorganic filler such as mica or carbon, etc., or the organic filler such as polyamide, etc., is used, and any one of them may be selected. The resin is colored by mixing such filler with fluorine plastic, whereby the color change of the aluminum is caused to be inconspicuous or the base is covered, and further its abration resistance is improved by said filler. As the second layer, the fluorine plastic containing no filer is necessary to improve its unadhesiveness.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a coated product having sufficient bonding strength by coating aluminum with a tetrafluoroethylene resin having specific gravity of a specific value or more to sinter said resin at specific temp. CONSTITUTION:After aluminum is coated with a tetrafluoroethylene resin having specific gravity of 2.20 or more, the coated one is baked under a baking (sintering) condition slightly decomposing the tetrafluoroethylene resin to make it possible to obtain a coated product having sufficient bonding strength from a practical aspect. The most pref. baking condition slightly generating the decomposition of the tetrafluoroethylene resin is set so that temp. is 400-600 deg.C and a baking time is 10-600sec. It is necessary to take a long time when said temp. is on a low temp. side within said range and a short time when the temp. is on a high temp. side. Only a part of the resin is decomposed under this condition and sufficient tensile strength and elongation are obtained.
