Abstract:
The present invention relates to ghost salmonella and a vaccine for preventing bacterial gastrointestinal diseases containing the same, and more specifically, to a recombinant-vector for inducing ghost salmonella, salmonella transformed by the recombinant-vector, a method for producing ghost salmonella obtained by cultivating the salmonella under the specific conditions, and a vaccine for preventing bacterial gastrointestinal diseases containing an effective amount of the ghost salmonella. A transmission system of ghost salmonella, according to the present invention, does not use an antibiotic mark thereby being environmentally friendly. In the present invention, as not only natural antigens remain intact different from the conventional method for producing killed vaccine, but also an antigen of the other virus is revealed to enable secretion of an external membrane of a cell, which can consistently maintain immunogenicity, polyvalent vaccine for defending various virus at the same time can be developed. The antigen moved to the external membrane has a protective effect due to micelle capacity of the external membrane, thereby enabling long-term existence without decomposition.

The present invention relates to fermented balloon flower root pills and a preparation method thereof and, more particularly, to fermented balloon flower root pills obtained by mixing medicinal herbs to a fermented balloon flower root extract to make a concentrate, and to a preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, provided are fermented balloon flower root pills having medicinal effects on the improvement of phlegm discharge function and the promotion of brain activity by mixing medicinal herbs to a fermented balloon flower root extract to make a concentrate, and to a preparation method thereof. Therefore, the fermented balloon flower root extract and various medicinal herbs having medicinal effects can be prepared in a pill formation which has the advantages of being easy to carry and having constant doses unlike a powder formulation.

본 발명은 대한민국 국민이 선호하는 부위(목심살, 삼겹살, 갈비살, 등심덧살, 갈매기살)의 함량이 높은 돼지를 조기선발하기 위한 신규한 단일염기다형 마커와 이를 이용한 방법으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 선호부위량/정육량 비율 또는 선호부위량/도체중의 비율을 포함하는 항목에 대한 신규한 단일염기다형 마커 및 이를 이용한 선별방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 신규한 단일염기다형은 돼지의 중요 유전자에 위치하여 많은 경제 형질들과 관련이 있을 것으로 판단된다. 특히 이 단일염기다형들은 엑손부위에서의 변이로서 단백질의 변이를 유발하므로 돼지에게 큰 영향을 미칠 것이라 예상된다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 단일염기다형들은 돈육의 평가항목인 선호부위량/정육량 비율 또는 선호부위량/도체중의 비율과의 높은 연관성을 나타내고 있으므로, 종돈의 조기선발에 활용할 가치가 대단히 높다. 특히 선호부위(목심살, 삼겹살, 갈비살, 등심덧살, 갈매기살)의 함량과 같은 경제형질로도 연결될 수 있으며, 이와 같이 고도의 유전력을 나타내는 형질에 대한 단일염기다형 분석을 통해 높은 종돈의 개량효과를 얻을 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A peptide or an acid addition salt thereof has one amino acid selected among sequence numbers 1-4. The peptide suppresses angiotensin-converting enzyme. A nucleotide encodes the peptide. A vector contains the nucleotide. A composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases contains the peptide as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: A bicycle which includes a self light emitting device for an image output by using a residual image effect is provided to maximize a luminous effect and aesthetic effect while riding a bicycle by having the residual image effect from a rotating light emitting body which is attached to a wheel according to the rotation of a bicycle wheel. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle which includes a self light emitting device for an image output by using a residual image effect comprises: a generator (110) which generates electricity by using rotatory power of a wheel (101); a light emitting unit (120) which irradiates by using the electric power which is produced from the generator. The generator comprises: a magnetic part (112) which is connected to a fixed axis (102) of the wheel; a coil part (114) which is connected to the fixed axis in order to be rotated, and rotates by being separated to the magnetic part. The light emitting unit comprises: a luminescence lamp (124) which is installed in a fixed position of the rotating wheel and irradiates according to the electric power which is produced from the generator; a control unit which controls an operation of the luminescence lamp. The luminescence lamp outputs the image by having the residual image effect according to the rotation of the wheel.

PURPOSE: Rice-purple sweet potato nuruk (fermentation starter) is provided to enhance antioxidative activity when makkoli (Korean rice wine) is made and to manufacture makkoli with color preference because the makkoli is purple. CONSTITUTION: Rice-purple sweet potato nuruk is prepared using Rhizopus oryzae CCS01, rice, and purple sweet potato powder. The purple sweet potato powder is contained in a ratio of 2.5-10 wt% with respect to rice. The purple sweet potato powder has a size of 80-100 mesh. Makkoli with enhanced antioxidative activity is made using the rice-purple sweet potato nuruk. PURPOSE: A HID lamp operating circuit is provided to minimizes the influence of a parasitic capacitor which is generated at a space between a wire between HID lamp and stabilizer and a ground connection. CONSTITUTION: Two transistors and two capacitors(100) of an output terminal(110) of an electronic ballast stabilizer have a structure of being connected serially. Terminal a and b are connected to the center of two transistors(410) and the center of two capacitors(400), respectively. A coil(420) and a capacitor(430) exist at a line connecting a terminal b and the center of two transistor(410). A coil(420) is located at a line connecting to terminal a and b and minimizes the influence of a parasitic capacitor.
