Abstract: 본 발명은 미연가스를 흡착하기 위한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 흡착제에만 의존하지 않고 차량에서 엔진 연소 시 발생하는 미연가스를 효과적으로 재활용할 수 있는 미연가스 흡착 시스템 및 미연가스 흡착 방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rotary pretensioner of a seat belt is provided to secure the body of passenger in place on a seat for a long time by maintaining the belt winding force. CONSTITUTION: A rotary pretensioner of a seat belt comprises a cam(120), a retractor(200), and a link(130). A belt(211) in the retractor is rewound as the rotation of the cam is transmitted to the retractor through a clutch unit(110). The link is connected to the cam on one end and to a piston(140) on the other. The piston is moved up and down within a housing(150). The cam is rotated as the height and inclined angle of the link is changed according to the up-and-down motion of the piston.

Abstract: A system and a method of a traffic accident situation management are provided to manage the traffic situation information as video/audio data through a camera and a microphone, and to store the video/audio data generated when the accident is occurred in an additional storing medium, thereby analyzing the traffic accident situation efficiently. A traffic accident situation management system comprises a signal measuring unit(100), a video signal processing unit(200), an audio signal processing unit(300), a traffic situation decision unit(400), a first storage unit(500), a second storage unit(600), a signal transmission unit(700) and a central control center(900). The signal measuring unit is installed around a traffic signal or a crossroads, and measures the audio and video signals continuously. The video signal processing unit digitalizes the video data photographed through a CCD camera(102) of the signal measuring unit and transmits the digitalized video data to the traffic situation decision unit. The audio signal processing unit digitalizes the audio data measured through a microphone(104) of the signal measuring unit to transmit the digitalized audio data to the traffic situation decision unit. The traffic situation decision unit collects the video/audio data and stores the collected data in a first storage unit continuously, and confirms the accident to store the data in the second storage unit. And the traffic situation decision unit transmits the video/audio data to the central control center through the signal transmission unit.
