PURPOSE: A hybrid bed structure for a machine tool and method for manufacturing the same is provided to improve rigidity and damping factor by using high-rigidity steel and high-damping polymer concrete. CONSTITUTION: A steel frame(210) includes a linear motion guide mount unit(211), at which a linear motion guide for guiding the straight-line motion of a tool unit is mounted, a motor mount unit(212), and a work table. Polymer concrete is filled into the steel frame, and fixes the linear motion guide and the motor mount unit to predetermined location. A plurality of support beams(230) are coupled with the polymer concrete, and support the work table.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A belt for a CVT(Continuously Variable Transmission) and its production method are provided to improve the life of a bearing, to reduce the rotation resistance and noise and to improve the durability of components by producing an element and a ring with a carbon fabric epoxy complex material. CONSTITUTION: An element and a ring are produced by layering many carbon fabric epoxy complex materials(30). The carbon epoxy complex material is produced by arranging many rod shaped carbon fabrics(34) lengthwise and finishing the circumference with an epoxy(32) to maintain the fixed frame. The carbon fabric epoxy complex material has a volume ratio of 70% carbon fabric and 30% epoxy. The carbon fabric epoxy complex materials for the element repeatedly layered in order of minus 60degrees, zero degree, 60degree and zero degree based on the lengthwise direction of the arranged carbon fabric. The carbon fabric epoxy complex materials for the ring are repeatedly layered in order of zero degree and 90degrees based on the lengthwise direction of the arranged carbon fabric. Thereby, the life and the fuel efficiency of a bearing are improved, the rotation resistance and the noise are reduced and the durability is improved.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a micro channel plate is provided to manufacture a large scale micro channel plate with reduce manufacture cost. CONSTITUTION: A micro channel plate is manufactured by etching metal fibers(120) in composite material(100''). The composite material(100'') is made of a bottom base material layer(111'), many metal fibers(120) and a top base material layer(112'). The base material layers(111',112') are formed by coating liquid thermosetting resin. The metal fibers(120) are arranged on the bottom base material layer(111') and covered with the top base material layer(112'). The composite material(100'') is cut at an angle. The metal fibers(120) contained in the composite material(100'') are etched more readily than the thermosetting resin so as to form channels at the area corresponding to the metal fibers(120). Secondary electron emission material is coated inside the channels. Each of the channels has an anode at its one end and a cathode at other end.

PURPOSE: A mold for manufacturing a barrier rib integrated rear substrate of a plasma display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to allow for ease of manufacture and reduce costs by manufacturing the rear substrate by coupling barrier forming plates and cell forming plates alternately with each other. CONSTITUTION: A mold(40) comprises a plurality of barrier rib forming plates(41) each of which has a thickness corresponding to the thickness of the barrier rib; a plurality of cell forming plates(42) each of which has a thickness corresponding to the width of the cell formed between barrier ribs, wherein the barrier rib forming plates and cell forming plates are coupled alternately with each other; and wall plates(43) coupled to the assembly of the barrier rib forming plates and cell forming plates, and which serve as a dam for the mold.

CONSTITUTION: The composite form(30) using a composite board having excellent impact resistance comprises: a composite board(20) containing a composite material layer composed of stiffener and resins, an impact resistant layer piled on the composite material layer and composed of high impact resistant materials, a lightweight layer piled on the impact resistant layer and composed of lightweight foams, an impact resistant layer and a composite material layer piled on the lightweight layer in order, and a coating layer coated on the surface of the composite material layer; a longitudinal steel frame(31) covering and supporting around the composite board(20); and a steel stiffening rib(32) stiffening after connecting upper/lower members or right/left members to the steel frame(31).

PURPOSE: A temperature dielectric sensor for simultaneously measuring temperature and dielectric constant and manufacturing method of the same are provided to measure fluctuation of dielectric constant as well as physical quantities such as temperature. CONSTITUTION: A sensor includes a first base(100); a dielectric electrode(200) formed on one side of the first base and having a plurality of electrodes regularly branched and arranged to measure dielectric properties of high molecular material; a common contacting point(300) formed on the one side of the first base and regularly arranged between the branched electrodes of the dielectric electrode; and a temperature sensor electrode(400) formed on the one side of the first base and contacting with one ends of the common contacting point to measure temperature of the high molecular material.

PURPOSE: A cast for composite material used to newly build a concrete structure is provided to semi-permanently use the material containing a core and to lighten the structure in order to improve workability of the building process. CONSTITUTION: The cast comprises sandwich panels(21) interposed by a core and hollowed steel frames. The core(31) has multiple micro holes(33) charged by a composite material(32) to form the sandwich panel(21). Alternatively, the panel(21) may be manufactured by sewing together the core and a fibrous mat by a reinforcing fiber and introducing the resin. The composite material(32) comprises fibrous reinforcing mat containing carbon fiber, glass fiber and polymeric mats and the resin composed of polymeric material. The core can include urethane foam, polystyrene foam, plyboard or panels made of used wood or used paper.

PURPOSE: A method for repairing and reinforcing a drain pipe using resin transfer molding is provided to reduce the period of construction work by using thermosetting resins and to save the costs for construction by excluding a refrigerator car for restraining resin hardening. CONSTITUTION: A fibrous preform(6) having a flexible tube(7) is prepared. A resin pipe having a flexible film for preventing contamination and damage is installed in a drain pipe(5) to be repaired or reinforced. The tube is expanded to closely adhere the fibrous preform to the drain pipe. Both ends of the tube are sealed by caps(14,15) having a gate(12) and an air vent(13). Thermosetting resin is injected to the tube and hardened. The fibrous preform remaining in the drain pipe performs as a protecting film.

PURPOSE: A column of a machine tool and a production method thereof are provided to improve a damping characteristic of the column by reinforcing a long fiber reinforced polymer composite material or an SMC(sheet molding compound) to the column of the machine tool. CONSTITUTION: A long fiber reinforced polymer composite material or a composite material plate(14) produced with an SMC is reinforced to the surface of any one part of the inner or outer part of the column(12). Thereby, the high vibration generated in the column of a machine tool(10) is damped so that accuracy is improved. Herein, to produce the column, the composite material is accumulated on a reinforced part of the column. The column is covered by a vacuum bag and put in an autoclave. The composite material is hardened by giving pressure outside while keeping a vacuum state in the inside. Accordingly, the column reinforced by the composite material is produced.
