Abstract:
본 발명은 텅스텐계 촉매를 이용하여 고수율로 퍼퓨랄을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 자일로오즈 또는 헤미셀룰로오즈를 원료로 사용하여 퍼퓨랄을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 초임계 유체를 포함하는 반응 매질 내에서 지르코니아 지지체에 이소폴리텅스테이트(isopolytungstate)를 담지시킨 고체산 촉매체를 이용하여 원료를 퍼퓨랄로 전환시키는 단계(단계 1) 및 상기 반응 매질에 초임계 유체를 분사하여 퍼퓨랄을 추출 및 분리 시키는 단계(단계 2)를 포함하는 고수율로 퍼퓨랄을 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 퍼퓨랄 제조방법은 열적 안정성과 화학적 안정성이 우수한 텅스텐계 고체산 촉매를 이용하여 퍼퓨랄을 제조하여, 수율이 우수하면서도, 촉매손실율이 적어 퍼퓨랄의 제조단가를 감소시켜 퍼퓨랄 제조에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. 고체산(solid acid), 초임계 유체(supercritical fluid), 퍼퓨랄(furfural), 지르코니아(zirconia), 이소폴리텅스테이트(isopolytungstate)
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A novel Paenibacillus sp. strain which produces alkaline xylanase is provided to decompose xylan and to develop alternative ingredients, biopolymers, food, and feed. CONSTITUTION: A Paenibacillus sp. HPL-002 strain(KCTC 11410BP) with xylanase activity is isolated from a soil sample containing waste wood residue. The alkaline xylanase produced from the strain comprises: an amino acid sequence of sequence number 4; an amino acid sequence which has 95% or more homology with the amino acid of sequence 4; an amino acid sequence encoded by a base sequence of sequence number 4; or an amino acid sequence having an amino acid sequence in which one or more amino acids are substituted, deleted, inserted and/or added in the amino acid of sequence number 4. Xylanase is produced by culturing Paenibacillus sp. HPL-002 strain(KCTC 11410BP) in a medium and centrifuging.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A novel Paenibacillus sp. which produces xylanase is provided to perform lysis of xylan and develop bio fuel, substitution ingredient, special functional material, and bio polymer. CONSTITUTION: A novel Paenibacillus sp. HPL-001 (KCTC11365BP) which produces xylanase is isolated from soil containing sawdust and residue of waste wood remaining after cultivating mcushroom. The xylanase from Paenibacillus sp. HPL-001 has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 3. The xylanase is maximally active at 45°C-50°C and pH 6.0-7.0. A gene encoding the xylanase has a base of sequence number 2. A method for preparing xylanase comprises: a step of culturing the Paenibacillus sp. HPL-001 or its transformant in a medium; a step of centrifuging to obtain crude enzyme liquid; and a step of purifying xylanase from the crude enzyme liquid.

A composition comprising lignan-based compounds, resorcinol-based compounds or the extract of nutmeg(Myristica fragrans Houtt.) containing them is provided to control plant diseases including rice blast disease, tomato late blight, leaf rust, barley powdery mildew and anthracnose without harmful effect on human and environmental pollution. A composition for controlling plant diseases comprises 100 to 1000 mug/ml of lignan-based compounds represented by the formula(1) in which R1 and R2 are each independently OCH2O, OMe or C, nectandrin-B represented by the formula(2), or resorcinol compounds represented by the formula(3) in which R1 and R2 are each independently H or OH, or 100 to 3,000 mug/ml of the extract of nutmeg(Myristica fragrans Houtt.) containing them which is prepared by extracting nutmeg(Myristica fragrans Houtt.) with an organic solvent selected from methanol, ethanol, hexane, ethylacetate, acetone or methylene chloride, wherein the composition is applicable directly to crops or soil.

A novel Fusarium oxysporum EF119 strain and bikaverin produced by the same are provided to control the plant diseases environment-friendly by inhibiting the growth of various plant pathogens in vivo and in vitro, thereby capable of producing organic agricultural products. A non-pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum EF119 strain producing bikaverin is deposited as a deposition number of KCTC 10926BP. The microorganism preparation for controlling plant diseases such as a plant disease caused by Oomycetes, Colletotrichum crassipes, anthracnose, Plasmodiophora brassicae, and Streptomyces scabies comprises the Fusarium oxysporum EF119 strain, a culture solution thereof, a hypha thereof or a pore thereof as an effective ingredient. To control the plant diseases, a plant is treated with the microorganism preparation.
Abstract:
An extract of Cucumis sativus L. is provided to remove the toxicity of paraquat completely and show excellent active oxygen species(such as hydrogen peroxide, superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical) scavenging activity, thereby being used for an antioxidant composition. The antioxidant composition comprises an extract of Cucumis sativus L. as an effective ingredient. The method for preparing the extract comprises the steps of: (a) extracting Cucumis sativus L. with at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of methanol, ethanol, propanol, and chloroform and concentrating it under reduced pressure; (b) respectively fractionating the concentrate with hexane, ethyl ether, ethyl acetate, butanol and water; and (c) performing silica gel column chromatography, Sep-Pack C18 cartridge and HPLC in sequence on fractions obtained from the step(b).

본 발명은 키토산 올리고당 함유 식물병 방제용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 식물병 방제 방법에 관한 것으로, 분자량이 3,000 이하인 키토산 올리고당을 활성 성분으로 포함하는 본 발명의 조성물은 식물의 역병, 녹병, 탄저병 또는 도열병 등에 대해 우수한 예방 및 치료 효과를 나타내고, 특히 상기 키토산 올리고당과 함께 지방족 알콜 에톡실레이트계 계면활성제를 포함하는 조성물은 식물의 탄저병에 대해 향상된 치료 효과를 나타내며, 인간에 무해하면서 환경오염을 유발하지 않으므로, 고부가가치의 저농약 및 무농약 농산물 생산에 매우 유용하다.

본 발명은 고추의 뿌리로부터 분리된 바실러스 서브틸리스 ( Bacillus subtilis ) EB072 균주, 이를 포함하는 식물병 방제용 미생물 제제 및 이를 이용하여 식물병을 방제하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 바실러스 서브틸리스 EB072 균주는 토마토 역병, 오이 탄저병, 보리 흰가루병 및 오이 흰가루병과 같은 식물병에 대해 강한 길항작용을 나타내므로 이를 식물병 방제에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is a fungicidal composition of tricyclazole which contains anionic surfactant including sodium dioctylsulfonicsuccinate and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate as adjuvant. The composition is effective for controlling Arabidopsis thaliana and has long-acting efficacy. CONSTITUTION: The fungicidal composition of tricyclazole is characterized by containing 100mg/l to 1000mg/l of at least one anionic surfactant selected from sodium dioctylsulfonicsuccinate and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate as adjuvant, and 25mg/l to 375mg/l of tricyclazole in a weight ratio of 0.4:1 to 20:1. The composition further contains other agents for controlling Arabidopsis thaliana.
