    Abstract: A scanning microscope includes at least one light source, an acousto-optical element, a beam deflection device and a beam guiding device. The at least one light source generates an illuminating light beam. The acousto-optical element spatially splits a sub-light beam from the illuminating light beam and adjusts an optical power of the illuminating light beam. The beam deflection device scans the illuminating light beam over or through a sample. The beam guiding device directs the sub-light beam onto the sample.

    Abstract: Eine Vorrichtung umfasst zur simultanen Fluoreszenzanregung ein Fluoreszenzmikroskop. Die Vorrichtung hat eine Laserlichtquelle (20), die einen Lichtstrahl (22) erzeugt. Ein erster Strahlteiler (24) teilt den Lichtstrahl (22) in einen ersten Teillichtstrahl (26) und einen zweiten Teillichtstrahl (28) auf. Ein Wellenlängenkonverter (30) konvertiert die Wellenlänge des ersten Teillichtstrahls (26). Eine Mikroskopoptik (38), in die der konvertierte erste Teillichtstrahl (32) und der zweite Teillichtstrahl (28) eingekoppelt werden, richtet die beiden Teillichtstrahlen (28, 32) auf ein zu untersuchendes Objekt.

    Abstract: The invention relates to an optical arrangement provided for a spectral fanning out of a light beam (1), preferably the detection beam path of a confocal microscope, especially for the subsequent splitting of the fanned out beam (2) out of the dispersion plane thereof. The optical arrangment is also provided for detecting the fanned out spectral regions (4), whereby the incoming light beam (1) is focused on a pinhole (7). The invention is characterized in that the pinhole (7) has a polygonal passageway (8) in order to realize a high dynamic response when the light beam is split into spectral regions (4) or into spectral colors.
