3차원 영상 획득 장치의 깊이 분해능을 향상시키고 소비 전력를 저감시킬 수 있는 3차원 영상 획득 장치의 구동 방법이 개시된다. 3차원 영상 획득 장치는 피사체를 향해 조명광을 투사하는 광원, 피사체로부터 반사된 조명광을 소정의 이득 파형으로 변조하는 광 셔터, 광 셔터에 의해 변조된 조명광을 촬영하여 깊이 영상을 생성하는 이미지 센서, 상기 이미지 센서에서 생성된 깊이 영상을 이용하여 피사체와의 거리를 계산하는 영상 신호 처리부, 및 상기 광원과 광 셔터의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다. 3차원 영상 획득 장치의 구동 방법에 따르면, 이미지 센서가 한 프레임의 깊이 영상을 촬영하는 동안, 광 셔터는 조명광을 변조하는 구동 구간과 빛을 투과시키지 않은 비구동 구간을 반복하도록 제어될 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a memory device performing a masked write operation. The masked write operation method of the memory device comprises the steps of receiving a masked write command and written data masked after write latency, from a memory controller; generating an internal read command according to the write latency and generating an internal write command according to the masked write data, in response to the masked write command; reading data stored in a plurality of memory cells configured to store the masked write data and performing error detection and correction on the read data, in response to the internal read command; and storing the masked write data in memory cells in response to the internal write command. The internal read command is generated on a rising or falling edge of a set clock more in advance than the write latency and the internal write command is generated after the last data of the masked write data is inputted.

Disclosed is a device for obtaining a three-dimensional (3D) image having a compact structure and improving speed to photograph the 3D image by generating a color image and a depth image in one photographing operation at the same time. The disclosed device for obtaining a 3D image includes a light source radiating light to a subject; a lens unit having four or more object lenses; an image sensor including four or more sensing areas individually generating images by collecting the light focused from each object lens; and three or more light shutters individually facing three or more objet lenses among the four object lenses and modulating the radiated light at a predetermined gain waveform. PURPOSE: A three-dimensional image acquisition apparatus and a depth information extraction method from the same are provided to extract accurate distance information regardless of used waveforms by extracting distance information considering an actual nonlinear waveform. CONSTITUTION: A light source generates different projected lights sequentially, and projects the projected lights on a subject (S21). An imaging device photographs reflected light, which is modulated by an optical modulator, for given exposure time, and outputs an intensity image (S22). A depth information image processing unit reads A_k and B_k which are weightings stored in a memory, and obtains a depth, d, by referring to a lookup table (S23, S24). After the extracted depth information of the subject is treated with post-processing, the depth information image processing unit indicates the three-dimensional image of the subject on a display (S25). PURPOSE: An optical image modulator having a function for correcting the incidence angle of incident light and an optical device including the same are provided to reduce the variation of resonance wavelength according to section of an optical image modulator by reducing the incidence angle of incident light. CONSTITUTION: A perpendicular prism(36A) with the refractive index of 1.5 is formed as an optical element on a reflection barrier layer(22) so that the bottom surface of the perpendicular prism contacts the reflection barrier layer. The perpendicular prism arranged to become thinner from a first section(A) through a second section(B) to a third section(C) of an optical modulator(20). Incident light through an inclined surface of the perpendicular prism is refracted at a refraction angle obtained by the Snell's law.
