Abstract:
본 발명은 식물병 방제 효과가 우수한 계면활성제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 식물병 방제 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르는 폴리옥시에틸렌 라우릴 에테르, 소디움 디옥틸썰포썩시네이트, 및 소디움 도데실벤젠썰포네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 계면활성제를 포함하는 조성물은 특히 역병 발생의 우려가 있거나 역병에 이미 감염된 고추나 토마토 등의 작물 또는 노균병 발생이 우려되는 오이에 적용시 우수한 예방 효과와 함께 소정의 치료 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 또한 인체 또는 가축에 대한 독성이나 환경오염 위험이 거의 없고, 다른 역병이나 노균병 치료용 농약과 함께 사용함으로써 농약의 사용량 또한 현저하게 줄일 수 있다.

본 발명은 고추의 뿌리로부터 분리된 바실러스 서브틸리스 ( Bacillus subtilis ) EB072 균주, 이를 포함하는 식물병 방제용 미생물 제제 및 이를 이용하여 식물병을 방제하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 바실러스 서브틸리스 EB072 균주는 토마토 역병, 오이 탄저병, 보리 흰가루병 및 오이 흰가루병과 같은 식물병에 대해 강한 길항작용을 나타내므로 이를 식물병 방제에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: Provided is a fungicidal composition of tricyclazole which contains anionic surfactant including sodium dioctylsulfonicsuccinate and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate as adjuvant. The composition is effective for controlling Arabidopsis thaliana and has long-acting efficacy. CONSTITUTION: The fungicidal composition of tricyclazole is characterized by containing 100mg/l to 1000mg/l of at least one anionic surfactant selected from sodium dioctylsulfonicsuccinate and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate as adjuvant, and 25mg/l to 375mg/l of tricyclazole in a weight ratio of 0.4:1 to 20:1. The composition further contains other agents for controlling Arabidopsis thaliana.

PURPOSE: Provided is a triazole derivative which has selective antibacterial effect on plant pathogenic bacteria, excellent invasion upon them and preventing and treating effect on them. Also, provided are a method for preparing the triazole derivative and antibacterial composition for agriculture comprising it. CONSTITUTION: The triazole derivative is represented by the formula(1), as defined in the specification. The triazole derivative is manufactured by reacting 1 equivalent weight of 1-phenacyl 5-bromotriazole of the formula(2) and 1-1.2 equivalent weight of a compound of the formula(3) of R2(NH)nNH2 in an organic solvent at 50-180 deg.C. The antibacterial composition for agriculture contains 0.01-90 wt.% of the triazole derivative of the formula(1).

PURPOSE: Provided are surfactant compositions to enhance the absorbency of fungicide, dimethomorph, into plant leaf thereby reducing the dosage while increasing protecting/curing effect of the fungicide. A fungicide composition containing them, non ionic surfactant and agriculturally allowed carrier is also described. CONSTITUTION: The compositions are comprised of non ionic surfactant, 0-20wt.% additional emulsifier or assistant dispersants and 0-97wt.% carrier. The surfactants are at least one selected from polyoxyethylene stearyl ether, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, polyoxyethylene oleyl ether and polyoxyethylene lauryl ester where the additional polymerization rate of ethylene oxide is 5-25 moles. The additional emulsifier and assistant dispersant are selected from polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether, polyoxyethylene tristearylphenyl ether, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene tristearyl ether, polyoxyethylene alkylaryl sulfonate, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and sodium dioctylsulfosuccinate. The carriers are water, non water soluble organic solvent, water mixed organic solvent, natural or synthetic minerals and natural or synthetic polymers.

PURPOSE: Provided is an antifungal composition for the control of plant powdery mildew comprising chrysophanol or parietin as an active ingredient. The parietin and chrysophanol have more excellent control effect on plant powdery mildew than fenarimol and polyoxin A, respectively. CONSTITUTION: An antifungal composition for the control of plant powdery mildew is characterized by comprising chrysophanol represented by the formula(1) or parietin represented by the formula(2), as an active ingredient, in the amount of 0.12-200μg/ml. The chrysophanol or parietin is obtained by extracting Rumex crispus and Rumex japonica.

PURPOSE: Provided are a novel Pythium myriotylum strain, a pathogen of plants, and a method for the biological control of weeds using same, thereby effectively and selectively removing weeds from a rice field. CONSTITUTION: The novel strain, Pythium myriotylum MD2(KCTC 10034BP) is used for selectively controlling weeds selected from American black cherry, Monochoria vaginalis, yellow birtch, Chondostereum purpureum, Northern joint vetch, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides f. sp. aeschynomene, Morrenia odorata, Phyrophthora palmivora, Poa annua, Pseudomonas gladioli, etc.
