Abstract:
본 발명은 게이트웨이를 이용한 차량 내 통신 보안 강화 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 게이트웨이는 소정 개수의 메시지가 수신된 전송 구간에 대한 이동 평균을 산출하고 상기 이동 평균과 미리 설정된 전송 지연 최대 허용치를 비교하여 상기 수신 메시지가 해킹 메시지인지 여부를 판단하는 이동 평균 결정 모듈과 상기 수신된 메시지가 비주기적인 메시지인 경우, 상기 비주기적인 메시지에 포함된 보안 코드를 분석하여 상기 비주기적인 메시지가 해킹 메시지인지 여부를 판단하는 보안 코드 확인 모듈을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명은 차량 내 보안을 보다 강화시키는 장점이 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cross-linked ceramic-coated separator is provided to suppress thermal shrinkage at a high temperature due to heat resistance and mechanical property of ceramic materials and to improve resistance to external penetration. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cross-linked ceramic-coated separator containing an ionic polymer comprises the steps of: (i) preparing a polymer solution by dissolving an ionic polymer in a solvent; (ii) preparing inorganic dispersion by dispersing ceramic particles and functional inorganic compounds in a solvent; (iii) uniformly mixing a hardener and an initiator into the two obtained solutions; (iv) applying the coating material solution to one side or both sides of a porous film substrate; (v) cross-linking the coated substrate through thermal polymerization or UV irradiation; and (vi) drying the manufactured separators.
Abstract:
A differential pinion gear having an anti-abrasion inner diameter is provided to suppress heat during rotation by minimizing a thickness variation of an oil film formed on a contact surface between a pinion gear and a pinion shaft. A differential pinion gear(40) is rotatably coupled with a pinion shaft, which is embedded in a differential case. The pinion gear is contacted with the pinion shaft. An inner diameter(42) of the pinion gear is arranged, such that a center portion moves to a center portion and both ends move to a circumferential direction, such that a variation in a thickness of an oil film is minimized. A center curvature of the inner diameter gets smaller toward both ends of the differential pinion gear.

PURPOSE: A safety apparatus for unattended testing device is provided to prevent outbreak of fire by preventing overheat or overcurrent of the unattended testing device. CONSTITUTION: A safety apparatus comprises a temperature sensor(80) attached to a test sample, and which measures the temperature of the test sample and indicates the measured temperature in a resistance value; a current sensor(90) attached to the test sample, and which measures the current and indicates the measured current in a resistance value; a first comparator(10) for comparing an input voltage which differs by the change of resistance, with a reference voltage, and determining whether to generates a signal; a second comparator(20) for comparing an input voltage which differs by the change of current, with a reference voltage, and determining whether to generate a signal; a logic OR gate(30) for receiving signals output from first and second comparators; a first relay(40) operating by the operation state of a transistor which functions as a switch receiving an output from the logic OR gate; a photo coupler(60) operating by the contact state of the first relay; and a second relay(50) installed to the test sample, and which cuts off the power being supplied from a power supply in accordance with the signal which is output upon occurrence of overheat or overcurrent of the testing device.
