본 발명은 차량용 정션블럭 조합체에 관한 것으로, 커넥터(36)가 수납될 수 있는 다수의 커넥터 수납공간(12)을 마련하는 정션블럭(10); 및 상기 다수의 수납공간(12)에 수납된 다수의 커넥터(36)를 상기 정션블럭(10)에 대해 고정적으로 유지시키기 위한 고정수단(26)을 포함한다. 이와같은 구성에 따라, 릴레이, 휴즈 등의 다양한 전장품이 집합적으로 유지될 수 있게 되므로, 전장품의 수리, 교체 및 레이아웃이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있게 되고; 정션블럭이 차체 패널에 형성되는 키홀에 끼워지는 방식으로 간단하게 장착될 수 있게 된다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An additive for recycling air bag fabrics is provided to impart compatibility to a nylon cloth of silicon rubber and air bag fabrics using only compatibilizer without an additional process. CONSTITUTION: An additive for recycling air bag fabrics uses a compatibilizer which is at least one kind of a styrene-maleic acid anhydride copolymer, a maleic acid anhydride grafted with EPDM(ethylene propylene rubber), and maleic acid grafted with an amorphous ethylene copolymer. A resin composition using the air bag fabrics comprises 95.0-99.7 weight% of recycled chips and 0.3-5.0 weight% of compatibilizer.

PURPOSE: A recycled sample manufacturing method for polymer waste parts is provided to verify production conditions using the screw shear force of a continuous blender by employing a continuous blending process in a lab-scale process. CONSTITUTION: A recycled sample manufacturing method for polymer waste parts comprises a material selecting and crushing process, a washing process, an internal mixing process for putting a material in an internal mixer, heating the inside of the internal mixer, and rotating two rotor blades in opposite directions to mix the material, a continuous blending process for putting the mixed material in a hopper of a continuous blender, rotating a screw and discharging the mixed material to a die, a cooling process for putting the discharged material in a water bath to cool, and a cutting process for cutting the cooled material into pellet using a pelletizer.

PURPOSE: A recycled thermoplastic elastomer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce cost competitive thermoplastic elastomer using waste rubber. CONSTITUTION: A recycled thermoplastic elastomer using waste rubber is molded by putting a mixture(1) including scrap rubber powder, olefin thermoplastic resin and organic vulcanizate in an extruder. The scrap rubber powder is formed by high-temperature shear crushing with the average particle size of 10~400μm. A surface activator such as diphenyl disulfide is used in the high-temperature shear crushing process.

PURPOSE: A method for recycling air bag fabrics is provided to generate air bag fabrics using microwave and compatibilizer, to facilitate the operation of apparatuses used in a regeneration process, and to prevent environment problem using a compatibilizer instead of an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: A method for recycling air bag fabric with a coating layer formed by surface-treating nylon cloth with silicon rubber comprises the steps of: modifying a coating layer by injecting air bag fabric in a microwave device and irradiating short wavelength microwaves; injecting the modified air bag fabric in a resin blending apparatus and adding the compatibilizer, and then melt blending them; and putting the air bag fabric blended with the compatibilizer in a fiber compounding extruder and pulverizing and extruding the air bag fabric.
