Abstract: According an embodiment of the present invention, a variable valve lifting device comprises: a rocker arm which is arranged in a rocker arm shaft to lift a valve, has a housing mounting groove on a lower surface pressing the valve, has a pin mounting groove in a cross direction to the housing mounting groove, and has a rocker arm passage supplying oil pressure to the pin mounting groove; a variable housing which is arranged to reciprocate in the housing mounting groove and which has a latching pin insertion hole corresponding to the pin mounting groove; a variable actuator inserted into the latching pin insertion hole; an elastic member which is arranged in the latching pin insertion hole and which elastically supports the variable actuator rearward; a latching pin which is arranged to move on a rear side of the pin mounting groove forward and rearward according to the oil pressure supplied through the rocker arm passage; and a control valve unit which selectively operates the valve using a high lift by allowing a latching pin to push the variable actuator and to latch the variable housing and the rocker arm by selectively supplying oil pressure to the rear side of the pin mounting groove through the rocker arm passage. Therefore, the variable valve lifting device can reduce the number of component, cut prime costs due to reduction of weight, improve responding performance by reducing volume in hydraulic operation section, reduce hydraulic loss, and improve low-speed torque and reduce fuel consumption by lifting the valve in a multistage manner.

Abstract: According to an embodiment of the present invention, a variable valve lift device comprises: a locker arm, which is arranged to be rotated by a cam in a locker arm shaft, having a mounting space on a lower side of one side; a valve, which is arranged on a lower part of the mounting space; and a variable valve unit, which is mounted on the locker arm, for varying an amount that the valve is lifted. Abstract: A cylinder block is provided to improve performance and durability of an engine by minimizing the discharge of oil and toxic material contained in blow-by gas with a plurality of through holes connecting a space for collecting blow-by gas to a passage extended from a crankcase. An engine includes a cylinder block(10) and a cylinder head. The cylinder block has first oil drain holes(15) in a direction where combustion chambers(12) are arranged, a plurality of through holes(16) at the opposite side of the oil drain holes where blow-by gas is flowed in through the passage formed from a crank case, and a plurality of space on a side to collect blow-by gas. The cylinder head is mounted on top of the cylinder block by forming equally spaced second drain holes which is connected to the first oil drain holes to collect leaked oil.

Abstract: A locker cover for an engine is provided to introduce and discharge blow-by gas through a wide passage for the blow-by gas formed in the locker cover so that efficiency of the oil separator is increased. A locker cover for an engine includes a cover body. The cover body includes an oil filling opening formed at a side of the cover body to mount an oil cap, and a mounting formed at the other side to mount the oil separator. Along the inner side of the cover body, a partition is provided to form a passage for the blow-by gas extended into the mounting. A baffle plate is mounted in the cover body to close the blow-by gas passage formed by the partition. An oil separator(7) is mounted to the mounting of the cover body to return oil and to discharge the blow-by gas to an intake manifold. Between the cover body and a cylinder head to mount the cover body, a gasket is disposed to seal between the cover body and the cylinder head. Two separation plates are formed in the blow-by gas passage of the cover body. The separation plates form a gas passing hole between the partition and an inner side of the cover body.
