    Abstract: Introduced are a highly-elastic aluminum alloy including Al as a major ingredient, 14-20 wt% of Si; 2-7.5 wt% of Ti; and 1-3 wt%t of B, and having 2-2.5 of Ti/B ratio; and a method for manufacturing the same. The aluminum alloy is formed by a continuous casting process, and is manufactured by an aluminum parent alloy having Al-(5-10 wt%)Ti, and Al-(2-10 wt%)B. The aluminum alloy further includes 2-7 vol% of CNT.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A casting aluminum alloy in which CNT is dispersed and a method thereof are provided to minimize the content of CNT by increasing the elastic modulus of a matrix, thereby reducing prime cost. CONSTITUTION: A casting aluminum alloy in which CNT is dispersed is formed by inserting and stirring 1 to 5vol% of CNT, which is coated with oxide, into the molten metal of an Al-Ti-B based alloy. A casting aluminum alloy in which CNT is dispersed has a TiB2 compound formed in the tissue of the casting aluminum alloy and enhances elasticity. Molten metal of the Al-Ti-B based alloy is formed by mixing and stirring an Al-Ti based alloy molten metal and an Al-B based alloy molten metal in an in-situ method.     Abstract: A method of manufacturing a cylinder-liner of a vehicle is provided to reduce the product cost by simplifying the manufacturing process. A method of manufacturing a cylinder-liner of a vehicle comprises the step of making a billet by performing a continuous casting on molten metal containing aluminum as a main component. The molten metal includes silicon of 14 to 25 weight percent, copper of 2 to 7 weight percent and magnesium 0.2 to 2.0 weight percent. The billet is hot-forged in a predetermined range of temperature to form an aluminum liner. The aluminum liner is heat-treated in a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time.
