    Abstract: The invention relates to a thermoplastic moulding composition comprising A) a (co)polymer in a proportion of from 40 to 99 % by weight, based on A) and B), which contains at least 50 % by weight, based on A), of a copolymerised vinylaromatic monomer, and B) a soft component in a proportion of from 1 to 60 % by weight, based on A) and B), which comprises a graft base and a graft shell, where the graft base is built up from, in each case based on the graft base, b1) from 40 to 99.5 parts by weight of ethylene, b2) from 0.5 to 30 parts by weight of an acrylate of tricyclodecenyl alcohol and b3) from 0 to 50 parts by weight of at least one ethylene-copolymerisable monomer, and where the graft shell is built up from at least one monomer from the group consisting of vinylaromatic and ethylenically unsaturated monomers. The moulding composition may contain conventional additives and is used to produce mouldings.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a thermoplastic moulding composition comprising a polycarbonate A, a graft copolymer B and a copolymer C. Component A is an aromatic polycarbonate prepared using conventional branching agents. The polycarbonate A makes up from 10 to 90% by weight, based on the moulding composition. The graft copolymer B is present in a proportion of from 10 to 50% by weight, based on the moulding composition, and contains, as graft base, an elastomer (b1) built up from at least one of the monomers from the group consisting of conjugated dienes having 4 or 5 carbon atoms, alkyl (meth)acrylates having 1 to 8 carbon atoms in the alkyl radical, vinylaromatic monomers having 6 to 12 carbon atoms, ethylene, propylene and a non-conjugated diene. From 20 to 60% by weight, based on B, of a mixture of styrene and acrylonitrile is grafted onto this graft base. The copolymer C makes up from 0.5 to 80% by weight, based on the moulding composition, and is built up from at least one of the monomers styrene or alpha -methylstyrene and acrylonitrile. The moulding composition may contain conventional additives and is used to produce mouldings.
