Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of haze level and improve adhesive properties by laminating a layer composed of a polypropylene terephthalate as a main constituent on at least one of the sides of a base material film composed mainly of the polyethylene terephthalate, and forming an easily adhesive layer through the former layer. SOLUTION: A layer formed of a polypropylene terephthalate as a main constituent is laminated on at least one of the sides of a base material film composed mainly of the polyethylene terephthalate, and an easily adhesive layer is formed through the former layer. The polypropylene terephthalate is a polyester having a terephthalic acid as a main acidic component and a 1,3-propane diol as a main glycol component. In addition, the resin to be used for the easily adhesive layer is a polyester resin, an acrylic resin or a polyurethane resin from the viewpoint of adhesive properties with the layer composed mainly of the polypropylene terephthalate. Consequently, it is possible to prevent the deposition of an oligomer from occurring and suppress the increase of haze level and improve the adhesive properties.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive label which is excellent in not only the adhesiveness of a polyester film and laminated films but the adhesiveness to a printing layer as well and is excellent in adhesiveness even after a treatment at a high temp. and high humidity by using a specific resin compsn. as the laminated films provided with the printing layer. SOLUTION: This label is formed by providing the one surface of the polyester film with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the other surface with the printing layer on the laminated films. The laminated films consist of a resin, melamine crosslinking agent and oxazoline crosslinking agent as essential constitution components. The resin is at least one kind selected from among an acrylic resin, polyester resin and urethane resin. The laminated films are preferably formed by compounding 0.2 to 20 pts.wt. melamine crosslinking agent and 0.2 to 20 pts.wt. oxazoline crosslinking agent with the resin in the form that the weight ratio [oxazoline crosslinking agent]/[melamine crosslinking agent] in the crosslinking agent is within a range of 0.1 to 10.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a high durability, and improve the stratch-resistance and the whiteness by a method wherein a white polyester layer is made a base layer, and at least on one surface, a polyester layer containing an ultraviolet ray absorbing agent, and of which the particle content is less than that of the white polyester layer, is laminated. SOLUTION: At least on one surface of a white polyester layer as a base layer, a polyester layer which contains an ultraviolet absorber of which the particle content is less than that of the white polyester layer, is laminated. The white polyester layer is a layer comprising polyester, in which a white dye and a white fine grain or the like are contained, and preferably, is a layer wherein numerous fine air bubbles are generated in the layer, and light is scattered by the fine air bubbles to make the layer opaque. The polyester in this case, is a polymer which is obtained by a condensation polymerization from diol and dicarboxylic acid, and as the diol, ethylene glycol or the like is used, and as the ultraviolet absorber, a benzophenone-based substance or the like is used.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a laminated polyester film having high hiding properties and excellent flexibility and whiting properties by a method wherein the apparent density of a film, which is prepared by laminating a white polyester layer onto at least one side of a light screen agent-containing polyester layer, is set to lie within a predetermined range. SOLUTION: This polyester film is a composite film prepared by laminating a white polyester layer onto at least one side of a light screen agent-containing polyester layer. As the light screen agent to be added in this polyester layer, a black-based or colored dye, a pigment made of a black-based or colored metal oxide, composite oxide, sulfide, nitride or the like, a carbon black or the like is employed. This white polyester layer is prepared by including a white dye, fine white particles or the like in a layer made of a polyester under the condition that an infinite number of fine bubbles are developed in the layer so as to scatter the light by the bubbles in order to produced a white and opaque layer. In addition, the apparent density of the polyester film is set to 0.5-1.3 g/cm .

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely improve the weatherability of an overlay film, and also improve the transparency, antiblocking property, and abrasion resistivity thereof by forming a surface layer being H or more in pencil hardness and having weatherability on at least one surface of a thermoplastic film. SOLUTION: A surface hardness layer being H or more in pencil hardness and having weatherability is formed on at least one surface of a thermoplastic film. A polyester film is most suitable for such a thermoplastic film in terms of mechanical strength, dimensional stability, transparency, or the like. The surface hardness layer being H or more in pencil hardness and having weatherability can be formed, e.g. with benzotriazole-based monomer copolymeric acryl resin or the like. The resin is obtained by a copolymerization of bezotriazole-based monomer and acrylic monomer. The benzotriazole-based reactive monomer is preferably is 2-(2,-hydrox 5,-methacryloxyethylphenyl)-2H- benzotriazole.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent transparency and haze from deteriorating owing to the generation of whitening and a crack by providing a laminated coating obtained by copolymerizing a benzotriazole reactive ultraviolet absorber with a plurality of acrylic monomers, at least, on one of the faces of polyester film. SOLUTION: A layer made up of a resin layer obtained by copolymerizing a benzotriazole reactive ultraviolet absorber with at least, two or more different types of acrylic monomer, is formed, at least, on one of the faces of the polyester film. The benzotriazole reactive ultraviolet absorber to be used is 2-2'- hydroxy 5' methacryloxyethylphenyl 2H benzotriazole. Especially methyl methacrylate is used as one of the two or more different types of acrylic monomer and the monomers other than the methyl methacrylate are preferably acrylic acid, butyl acrylate, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and glycidyl methacrylate.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize favorable setting-off properties of ink and dot reproducibility and improve gradation by a method wherein an image receiving layer, the image constituent component of which consists of modified polyolefin, wax-based composition and ionic polymer, is provided on at least one side of a white base material film. SOLUTION: On at least one side of a white base material film, an image receiving layer, the major constituent component of which consists of modified polyolefin, wax-based composition and ionic polymer, is provided. As the white base material film, a whited polyester film is preferable from the view point on mechanical strength, dimensional stability and the like. The thickness of the white base material film is preferably 20-500μm from the view point of mechanical strength. The preferable whiteness is set to be 55-180%. As the modified polyolefin, ethylene-acrylic acid-vinyl acetate copolymer is especially preferable. Further, as the wax-based composition, petroleum-based wax and synthetic wax are preferable. Ionic polymer is preferably contained 2-60wt.% in terms of total solid content ratio.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the good bonding properties with a molten ink layer and satisfy the printing properties by forming an easy bonding layer composed of a polyester resin as a main component. SOLUTION: A non-oriented film is heatedand printed in the longitudinal direction to form a monoaxial printing film, and the corona discharge treatment is applied to the monoaxial oriented film in air, and an easy bonding layer forming coating liquid composed of a polyester resin and acid content, a glycol component and an ammonium salt water dispersion body of a polyester resin composed of the above-referred acid content and the glycol component is applied on a treated surface. The coated monoaxial printed film is guided into a thermal inertia zone while gripping the film by a clip, and successively after drying, the film is oriented continuously in the width direction, and also heat treatment is applied to form a crystalline orientation completed easy bonding polyethylene terephthalate film. Melting type ink is applied on the easy bonding layer side of the film, while a sticking prevention layer forming coating agent is applied on the opposite face.
